    • Logs save No. 19
Holmes picked up the save Sunday against the Dodgers. He pitched a scoreless ninth but allowed two hits and struck out a batter.

Advice: Holmes quickly got the first two outs of the inning, but then ran into some trouble after allowing back-to-back base hits to bring Mookie Betts up to the plate. Holmes was able to get Betts to whiff on a slider to end the game and pick up his 19th save. Holmes is now tied with Emmanuel Clase for second in baseball in saves. He's been excellent this season, posting a 1.23 ERA, 1.23 WHIP and 29:8 K:BB in 29.1 innings. Rotowire.com Today, 3:59 am
    • Swats 24th home run
Judge went 3-for-4 with a solo homer, a double, two RBI and two runs scored in Tuesday's 6-4 win over the Dodgers.

Advice: Judge capped off his night with a no-doubt 434-foot blast to left field off Yohan Ramirez to put the Yankees up 6-4 in the eighth. He also tacked on an RBI-double in the third and singled in the sixth before coming around to score on a homer from Trent Grisham. Judge has been on an absolutely torrid stretch at the plate. He has seven multi-hit efforts over his last nine games and is slashing .533/.650/1.300 with six homers, 18 RBI, 13 runs and a 10:6 BB:K over that span. He has started to distance himself from the rest of the pack, as his 24 home runs leads the way in baseball while Gunnar Henderson is next behind him with 20. Rotowire.com Today, 3:37 am
    • Aaron Judge hits 24th homer as Yankees top Dodgers
Aaron Judge blasted his 24th home run of the season on Sunday night, helping to power the Yankees to victory over the visiting Dodgers.

Advice: Judge connected on a titanic 434-foot (107.6 mph EV) solo shot off of Yohan Ramirez in the eighth inning, increasing the Bombers’ lead to 6-4. The 32-year-old superstar also smacked a run-scoring double in the third inning. He then singled and rode home on Trent Grisham’s three-run blast in the sixth. With his 3-for-4 night, Judge is now slashing an absurd .305/.436/.703 to go with a league-leading 24 homers, 59 RBI and five stolen bases. Rotoworld Yesterday, 6:56 pm
    • Clay Holmes walks tightrope, but escapes with save
Clay Holmes walked the tightrope against the Dodgers in the ninth inning on Sunday, but managed to escape with a two-run lead intact to earn his 19th save of the season.

Advice: Holmes had no trouble getting the first two outs of the inning, but then he allowed singles to Gavin Lux and Enrique Hernandez to put the tying runs on base for Mookie Betts. He battled back though, getting Betts on a swinging third strike to close it out for the Yankees. The 31-year-old hurler has been outstanding this season, posting a 1.23 ERA and 29/8 K/BB ratio over 29 1/3 innings to go along with his 19 saves. Rotoworld Yesterday, 6:56 pm
    • Lourdes Gurriel Jr. drives in two in win over Pads
Lourdes Gurriel Jr. went 2-for-5 with a double and a pair of RBI on Sunday as the Diamondbacks throttled the Padres in San Diego.

Advice: The 30-year-old outfielder smacked a two-run double off of Adam Mazur in the second inning and rode home on Jake McCarthy’s two-run blast. He also singled in the fourth inning and raced around to score on a two-out RBI single by Eugenio Suarez. With his two-hit attack, Gurriel is now hitting .247/.287/.405 with nine homers, 39 RBI and three swipes on the season. Rotoworld Yesterday, 5:21 pm
    • Logan O’Hoppe fills up box score, walks off Astros
Logan O’Hoppe had a monster day at the dish in Sunday’s 9-7 victory over the Astros, going 4-for-5 with a double and a walk-off home run.

Advice: The hard-hitting 24-year-old backstop reached on an error to start the sixth inning, swiped second base and scored on an RBI single off the bat of Mickey Moniak. He then led off the eighth inning with a double and scored on an RBI double by Zach Neto as the Angels rallied to tie the game. O’Hoppe saved the best for last though, tagging Astros’ closer Josh Hader for a 364-foot (96.4 mph EV) two-run blast on the first pitch that he saw in the ninth inning — sending the home faithful into a frenzy. With his four-hit afternoon, O’Hoppe is now hitting .269/.322/.446 with eight homers, 22 RBI and one solitary stolen base. Rotoworld Yesterday, 4:54 pm

    • Jose Altuve belts 10th homer in loss on Sunday
Jose Altuve went 4-for-5 and belted his 10th home run of the season on Sunday, but it wasn’t enough to lead the Astros past the Angels in Los Angeles.

Advice: Altuve capped off a four-run rally in the sixth inning with his 406-foot (103.2 mph EV) two-run blast off of Hunter Strickland that extended the Astros’ lead to 7-4. That would be the extent of their scoring though. The 34-year-old second baseman also got the Astros on the board with a run-scoring single in the third inning then scored on an RBI knock by Jeremy Pena. He’s in the midst of another outstanding season at the dish — slashing .297/.348/.454 with 10 homers, 25 RBI and nine stolen bases. Rotoworld Yesterday, 4:54 pm

    • Absence continuing Sunday
Machado (hip) is out of the lineup for Sunday's game versus the Diamondbacks, Jeff Sanders of The San Diego Union-Tribune reports.

Advice: Machado continues to nurse a strained right hip flexor and will sit Sunday for the fourth straight game. The 31-year-old appeared as a pinch hitter in the first of those absences Thursday but otherwise hasn't seen game action since he suffered the injury Wednesday. Donovan Solano is receiving another start at the hot corner in the series finale against Arizona. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:29 am

    • Manny Machado (hip) out again Sunday
Manny Machado (hip) is not in the starting lineup for Sunday’s contest against the Padres.

Advice: Machado will get another day while dealing with the hip injury he suffered during Wednesday’s game against the Angels. He has been able to play as a pinch-hitter, however, and he has a chance to be available off the bench for the series finale as well. Donovan Solano is starting at third and hitting fifth in Machado’s absence. Rotoworld Yesterday, 10:19 am
