      Thomas (knee) went 1-for-4 with two strikeouts for Double-A Harrisburg on Thursday while playing all nine innings in right field.

      Advice: It's the first time in three rehab games that Thomas has played a full nine innings. The 28-year-old is 2-for-9 at the plate in those three contests with a double and a stolen base, and per Mark Zuckerman of MASN Sports, the Nationals are considering whether to activate him Friday or leave him on his rehab assignment for another couple days to get his timing back at the plate.       Robert (hip) could rejoin the White Sox early in June following a full week of rehab games with Triple-A Charlotte, Daryl Van Schouwen of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.

      Advice: Robert has played one rehab game with the Arizona Complex League White Sox, homering in that contest. He's slated to join Charlotte on Tuesday to continue ramping things up, and it sounds like he could be activated by the White Sox as soon as June 4 against the Cubs.     • Earns fifth win
      Rodriguez (5-1) earned the win over the White Sox on Thursday, allowing two runs on three hits and five walks over five innings while striking out seven.

      Advice: Rodriguez ran into trouble right away after surrendering a leadoff single to Tommy Pham. The right-hander would fail to retire four of the first six batters in the first inning and even walked home the first run of the contest, but was able to escape without any further damage. His command issues surfaced again in the third when he issued a two-out walk and then hit Paul DeJong with a pitch, leading to Chicago's second run. Rodriguez has allowed just two runs over 11 innings since returning from the injured list, though his five walks Thursday marked a season high.       Grayson Rodriguez allowed two runs in five innings and picked up the win in the Orioles’ 8-6 win over the White Sox on Thursday.



      Advice: Rodriguez was a bit of a mixed bag in his second start since coming off the injured list. The win was his fifth of the season. Rodriguez struck out seven, but also allowed three hits and walked five. His ERA is 3.20 on the season now. The 24-year-old right-hander is scheduled to face the Red Sox at home next week.

      Advice: Finally some good news for Chicago as their star outfielder will wrap up play in Arizona this week before heading out to face some higher minor-league competition next week.       Advice: Manager Pedro Grifol didn't specify exactly how long Robert will be in the minors, saying it will be a matter of getting him enough at-bats to get his timing down.       Skubal (6-1) took the loss Wednesday as the Tigers were downed 8-3 by the Royals, giving up four runs on six hits and two walks over five innings. He struck out six.

      Advice: In a matchup of elite southpaws, Skubal wasn't able to keep pace with Cole Ragans and failed to complete six innings for only the second time this season in 10 starts, while tying his season high in runs allowed. Skubal also served up a solo shot to Nelson Velazquez in the fourth inning, just the fourth homer off him in 60 innings.
