    • Alec Burleson collects two hits in win on Sunday
      Alec Burleson went 2-for-4 with a pair of singles and a run scored as the Cardinals triumphed over the Cubs on Sunday evening.

      Advice: Burleson smacked a one-out single off of Javier Assad in the third inning, then rode home on Paul Goldschmidt’s first two-run homer of the night. With his two-hit effort, the 25-year-old outfielder is now hitting a robust .309/.338/.460 with five long balls, 17 RBI and a pair of stolen bases on the season. Rotoworld Sunday, 9:20 pm

    • Slugs grand slam in win
      Freeman went 2-for-4 with a grand slam in Monday's 6-4 win over the Diamondbacks.

      Advice: The homer was Freeman's first since May 11 and his third in May. He gave the Dodgers the lead in the third inning, and they never looked back. Freeman is up to five long balls, 29 RBI, 31 runs scored, one stolen base and a .298/.409/.464 slash line through 50 contests. He's not hitting for as much power as he did last year, when he racked up 29 homers, 59 doubles and a .567 slugging percentage, but there's little to complain about from what the first baseman's provided so far in 2024.       Freddie Freeman went 2-for-4 and hit a grand slam Monday as the Dodgers down the Diamondbacks 6-4.

      Advice: The Dodgers scored all of their runs in the third, an inning that also featured homers from Kiké Hernandez and Will Smith. Freeman’s slam was the sixth of his career. He actually went his first 10 seasons without one, but he’s been playing catchup after finally collecting his first in Sept. 2020. Rotoworld Monday, 10:23 pm

      Burleson went 2-for-3 with a walk, a stolen base and one run scored in Monday's 6-3 win over the Orioles.

      Advice: Burleson upped his hitting streak to six games (12-for-25), and five of those contests have been multi-hit efforts. He also has two homers, two steals, four RBI and six runs scored in that span. Burleson isn't known for his speed -- he's at two steals in 2024, one shy of last year's mark, which he achieved in 107 games.       Freeman went 2-for-3 with a double, an RBI and two runs scored in Saturday's win over the Reds.

      Advice: Freeman drew a leadoff walk to open the bottom of the fourth and would eventually come home to score the Dodgers' first run of the contest later in the frame on a single from outfielder Andy Pages. The star first baseman would add an RBI single in the fourth, along with a leadoff double in the eighth, before coming around to score for a second time. Freeman had gone hitless in his previous two games but now has five multi-hit games in May to go along with six RBI and 14 runs scored. He's also tied for fifth in the league in doubles with 13.       Freddie Freeman went 2-for-3 with an RBI single on Saturday, lifting the Dodgers to a 4-0 victory over the Reds.

      Advice: Freeman reached base safely in three of his four plate appearances as he continues to find his groove at the dish, batting .302 (16-for-53) with two homers over his last 15 contests.
