    • Grabs 16th save
Diaz earned the save in Tuesday's 2-1 win over Pittsburgh, striking out one in a perfect ninth inning.

Advice: Diaz made quick work of the middle of the Pirates' order Tuesday, logging his 16th save of the year. The right-hander has now converted his last nine save opportunities despite allowing three runs (two earned) over his prior three innings. Overall, Diaz sports a 5.27 ERA with a 1.50 WHIP and 28:19 K:BB across 27.1 innings this season. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:38 pm
    • Grabs one-out save
Phillips struck out the only batter he faced to earn the save in Tuesday's 11-9 win over the Rockies.

Advice: Alex Vesia issued a two-out walk, and Phillips was able to strike out Hunter Goodman on five pitches to secure the save after the Dodgers' ninth-inning comeback. Aside from a three-run misstep in Pittsburgh on June 6, Phillips has pitched well since his return from a hamstring injury. He's at 11 saves with a 1.89 ERA, 1.05 WHIP and 22:6 K:BB over 19 innings this season. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:09 pm
    • Evan Phillips retires one batter for 11th save
Evan Phillips notched a one-out save against the Rockies on Tuesday.

Advice: The Dodgers initially brought in Alex Vesia for the ninth tonight, but they turned to Phillips after Nolan Jones walked with two outs. Philips responded with a strikeout of Hunter Goodman, giving him his 11th save. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:20 pm
    • Improves to 6-5
Miller (6-5) earned the win Tuesday against the Guardians, allowing three runs (two earned) on six hits and two walks over 5.2 innings. He struck out two.

Advice: It was another solid outing from Miller, who's now allowed just two earned runs over 12.2 innings in his last two starts. While he's been inconsistent at times this year, the 25-year-old Miller has turned in a respectable 3.46 ERA with a 1.01 WHIP and 82:26 K:BB across 15 starts (88.1 innings). Miller will look to keep rolling in his next outing, currently lined up for this weekend in Miami. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:49 pm
    • Kirby Yates takes first loss after unearned run
Kirby Yates took his first loss after giving up an unearned run in the ninth Tuesday against the Mets.

Advice: José Leclerc’s inability to get the job done in the seventh stressed the Rangers bullpen tonight. David Roberson had to get the final two outs of that inning and then wound up giving up two runs in the eighth on his 30th pitch of the night. Yates came into a tie game in the ninth and gave up the go-ahead run on a walk, a catcher’s interference and a double. The catcher’s interference was provided by J.D. Martinez, who again tested the boundaries of the batter’s box, but at least he didn’t break anyone’s arm this time. Rotoworld Yesterday, 8:46 pm
    • Imaging comes back negative
Judge said Tuesday that X-rays and CT scans on his left hand came back negative, Brendan Kuty of The Athletic reports.

Advice: Judge had to leave Tuesday's game against Baltimore after taking a fastball off his hand, but he now appears to have avoided a significant injury. The 32-year-old slugger also said he aims to return without missing any games, though he is dealing with a bit of swelling that could sideline him for a day or two, per Gary Phillips of the New York Daily News. • X-rays, CT scan negative on Aaron Judge’s hand
Aaron Judge told reporters late Tuesday that X-rays and a CT scan on his left hand came back negative for any structural damage.

Advice: Excellent news. It’s an extremely positive update from Judge, who added that it’s possible he won’t wind up missing any time at all. The 32-year-old superstar was sent for additional imaging and further evaluation at a local hospital after being hit on the left hand by a 95-mph fastball during Tuesday’s game against the Orioles, but it sounds like he’s managed to avoid serious injury. It’s a massive relief for the Yankees, and fantasy managers as well. He’s day-to-day for the moment. Rotoworld Yesterday, 8:00 pm

    • Bryce Miller survives in win over Guardians
Bryce Miller allowed three runs (two earned) on six hits in 5 2/3 innings in a win over the Guardians on Tuesday.

Advice: Miller walked two and struck out two on the day. He had just six whiffs on 43 swings on the day, leading to a 14 percent whiff rate and 22 percent CSW on the day. The only pitch Miller recorded a whiff on all day was his fastball with his other pitches getting zero whiffs on 16 combined swings. The 25-year-old has a solid 3.46 ERA on the year, but the secondaries have yet to develop in a way that gives us confidence in his swing-and-miss upside this season. He remains a solid fantasy option and should be in for a good start against the Marlins this weekend, but it may take a pitch mix change to unlock the strikeouts that will give him a higher fantasy ceiling. • Volpe drives in one as Yankees down Orioles
Anthony Volpe went 1-for-5 with one RBI in Tuesday’s win over the Orioles.

Advice: Volpe got the scoring started for the Yankees in the second inning when he singled to drive in Austin Wells from third. Volpe’s hit was one of just six hits the Yankees tallied on the evening, as they managed to draw six walks, with five coming against Orioles starter Albert Suárez. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:21 pm
