    • Homers among three hits
India went 3-for-5 with a home run and two additional runs in Thursday's 8-4 win against the Yankees.

Advice: India hit one of three homers for Cincinnati, swatting a solo shot in the third inning. He finished with his ninth multi-hit game over his past 12 contests, a stretch during which he's batting a blistering .467 (21-for-45) with Thursday's homer, six RBI, 13 runs and two stolen bases. The hot span has pushed India's season batting average from .241 to .278. Rotowire.com 10 minutes ago

    • Fairbanks picks up 14th save against Royals
Peter Fairbanks gave up one run and picked up the save against the Royals on Thursday.

Advice: It was Fairbanks’ 14th win of the season. He gave up a solo home run to Bobby Witt Jr. in a three-run game in the ninth inning. Fairbanks has a 3.23 ERA on the season and just saved his ninth game since June 1st. Rotoworld 37 minutes ago
    • Myers allows four in six innings against Rockies
Tobias Myers allowed four runs in six innings and took the loss against the Rockies on Thursday.

Advice: Myers gave up eight hits, walked one and struck out five. Myers allowed an RBI double to Ryan McMahon in the first inning and a two-run double to Charlie Blackmon in the second inning. He held the Rockies scoreless from there until Jake Cave homered in the sixth inning. Myers has completed six innings in five of his last six starts and has a respectable 3.52 ERA on the season. The 25-year-old right-hander is set to face the Pirates at home next week.

    • Homer, steal in win
Rodriguez went 2-for-4 with a solo home run, a double, one stolen base and two total runs scored in Thursday's 7-3 win over the Orioles.

Advice: Rodriguez earned his first multi-hit effort and swatted his first homer in 15 games. During the slump, he went just 7-for-56 (.125) while failing to log an extra-base hit or RBI. Rodriguez's recent poor play has seen him bounce around the lineup in an effort to get his bat going -- he hit fifth Thursday but had batted seventh in the previous two games. Overall, he's slashing .247/.296/.336 with eight homers, 30 RBI, 39 runs scored and 18 steals through 88 contests. Rotowire.com Today, 4:42 pm

    • Nearing throwing program
Yamamoto (shoulder) has been working with a plyo ball and could resume throwing soon, Jack Harris of the Los Angeles Times reports.

Advice: Yamamoto has made progress in his rehab and was described as pain free Wednesday. Assuming that remains the case, he's expected to start playing catch again before the All-Star break, likely meaning he won't return before August. Rotowire.com Today, 4:34 pm

    • Julio Rodríguez blasts first homer since June 15
Julio Rodríguez went 2-for-4 with a solo homer and also stole a base on Thursday, powering the Mariners to a 7-3 victory over the Orioles.

Advice: Rodríguez connected for his first homer since June 15 when he launched a towering 428-foot blast to left field off Orioles ace Corbin Burnes in the fifth inning. It was his eighth round-tripper of the season and a much-needed sign for the 23-year-old superstar, who has been mired in a season-long tailspin at the dish. The absence of over-the-fence pop has been the most alarming trend in his sudden decline, so this performance certainly qualifies as a step in the right direction. He’s still a long way from getting back to his previous form, but there are some signs of life now. Rotoworld Today, 4:10 pm

    • Jonathan India picks up three hits, homer in win
Jonathan India scored three runs while going 3-for-5 with a homer in a victory Thursday over the Yankees.

Advice: India doubled the Reds’ lead to 2-0 with a solo blast in the third inning off an ineffective Marcus Stroman. He also singled twice while improving his average to .278 with a .383 on-base percentage. India has been the subject of trade rumors for seemingly forever, but for now, he’s a solid fantasy option at the top of the Cincinnati lineup. Rotoworld Today, 1:12 pm

    • Cleared for rehab start
Woo (hamstring) will begin a rehab assignment with High-A Everett this weekend, Daniel Kramer of MLB.com reports.

Advice: Woo came out of a bullpen session Wednesday with no concerns, clearing the way for him to make a rehab start. Mariners manager Scott Servais wouldn't rule out a return before the All-Star break for Woo, so it sounds like the right-hander could need just the one rehab outing if all goes well. • Bryan Woo will make rehab start this weekend
Bryan Woo (hamstring) will make a rehab start for High-A Everett this weekend.

Advice: Woo has been sidelined with a hamstring injury since June 25th and has also battled an elbow injury earlier in the season. There’s no word yet on how many rehab starts Woo would need, but it doesn’t figure to be more than one or two. Rotoworld Today, 11:20 am
