    • Turns in quality start
Woods Richardson allowed two runs on three hits and two walks while striking out four over six innings in a no-decision versus the Astros on Sunday.

Advice: Woods Richardson gave up both runs in the second inning, but the Twins were able to respond and ultimately won 3-2. He's been just find with 18 runs allowed over 37.2 innings across his last seven starts, three of which registered as quality starts. He's now at a 3.48 ERA, 1.11 WHIP and 64:23 K:BB through 77.2 innings over 15 starts this season. The 23-year-old is projected to make his next start in San Francisco. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 3:27 pm
    • Woods-Richardson keeps Astros bats at bay
Simeon Woods-Richardson allowed two runs on three hits in six innings in a no-decision against the Astros on Sunday.

Advice: Woods-Richardson struck out four and walked two on the day while inducing 10 whiffs on 48 swings for a 21 percent whiff rate and 24 percent CSW. He doesn’t light up radar guns and never seems to be particularly dominant, but the rookie has a 3.48 ERA on the season and just keeps getting the job done. He’ll look to keep that going next week against a vulnerable Giants lineup. Rotoworld Yesterday, 2:13 pm
    • Goes deep again Saturday
Smith went 1-for-5 with a two-run home run in Saturday's 5-3 win against Milwaukee.

Advice: After belting three solo homers Friday, Smith smashed a two-run shot in his first at-bat Saturday. Per Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic, the backstop became the first Dodger to homer in four straight at-bats since Adrian Gonzalez in 2015 and the first major-leaguer to do so since Jose Altuve in September of last season. Smith's two-game power surge has pushed him to 15 long balls on the campaign, tied for third among MLB catchers. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:27 am

    • Used in eighth frame again Saturday
Phillips (2-0) was charged with a blown save and earned the win against Milwaukee on Saturday. He allowed one run on one hit while striking out one batter over one inning.

Advice: With the Dodgers up 3-2 in the top of the eighth frame, manager Dave Roberts elected to call upon Phillips to face the heart of the Brewers order. The right-hander couldn't protect the lead, giving up a one-out solo homer to Christian Yelich. Phillips did get credited for the win, however, as a result of Los Angeles tallying two runs in the bottom of the frame and Alex Vesia closing things out in the ninth. This was the second time in the past two weeks that Roberts has called upon Phillips before the ninth inning in a high-leverage situation, so it's clear that the team is comfortable using him in that way. Phillips should still get the vast majority of save chances for the Dodgers, though Vesia has five saves on the campaign and is probably the leading candidate for ninth-inning duties when Phillips is either unavailable or deployed earlier in a contest. • Blanks Tampa in no-decision
Heaney came away with a no-decision in Saturday's 4-3 win over the Rays, allowing three hits and two walks over 5.1 scoreless innings. He struck out seven.

Advice: The veteran lefty continued a surge that began when the calendar flipped to June. Heaney has given up three runs or less in seven straight starts, delivering a 2.95 ERA, 1.08 WHIP and 46:10 K:BB through 39.2 innings over that stretch -- ratios very reminiscent of his 2022 breakout with the Dodgers. Heaney will look to stay sharp in his next outing, which lines up for a Lone Star Series clash with the Astros in Houston next weekend. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 6:05 am
    • Delivers two more runs
Walker went 2-for-5 with two RBI and a run scored in Saturday's 7-5 extra-inning win over the Padres.

Advice: Walker provided the game-winning knock with a two-run single in the top of the 10th inning. The scorching hot Walker is 15-for-30 with five home runs over the last seven contests and has knocked in 13 runners over the last six. The surge leaves him with 22 home runs (tied for sixth in MLB) and 64 RBI (seventh in the league). Rotowire.com Yesterday, 5:06 am
    • Christian Walker delivers go-ahead hit vs. Padres
Christian Walker went 2-for-5 with a go-ahead two-run single in the 10th inning on Saturday in the Diamondbacks’ extra-inning victory over the Padres.

Advice: Walker put Arizona ahead in the 10th inning with a two-run single off Padres reliever Wandy Peralta. The 33-year-old veteran first baseman has homered five times since June 2 and is batting an absurd .500 (15-for-30) with five round-trippers and 13 RBI over his last seven contests. Simply put, he’s one of the hottest hitters in baseball at the moment. Rotoworld Yesterday, 3:34 am
    • Ryan McMahon tallies three hits, RBI in victory
Ryan McMahon went 3-for-3 with an RBI on Saturday in the Rockies’ win over the Royals.

Advice: McMahon reached base safely in all four of his plate appearances and also provided a key insurance run with a fifth-inning single off Royals starter Seth Lugo that brought Sam Hilliard around to extend Colorado’s lead to a commanding three-run margin at the time. The 29-year-old third baseman is making a serious push for his first All-Star Game selection this season, batting .272 (90-for-331) with 14 homers, 45 RBI and three steals through 87 games. • Sets off offensive explosion
Rooker went 3-for-4 with a three-run home run, an additional RBI and three total runs in Saturday's 19-8 shellacking of the Orioles.

Advice: Rooker kicked off a huge day for Oakland's offense with a three-run blast in the first inning. The outfielder finished with his fourth three-hit game of the campaign and notched his third game with at least four RBI. Rooker made a name for himself in fantasy circles for the first time last season when he collected 30 homers and 69 RBI, and he's on pace to surpass both marks this year with 18 long balls and 54 RBI through 312 plate appearances.
