    • Cracks homer in win
Rafaela went 1-for-3 with a home run and two RBI in Sunday's 9-2 win over the Twins.

Advice: Rafaela's fifth-inning, two-run shot gave Boston a lead it never relinquished. It was the Red Sox's first home run in a span of 220 at-bats dating back to April 27 when Rafaela connected as part of a four-hit game against the Cubs. He was hitting just .156 leading up to that four-hit game, which appears to have triggered his bat. Rafaela has hit safely in seven of the last eight contests, going 10-for-29 (.345) with six extra-base hits, seven RBI and six runs scored. Rotowire.com Today, 6:41 am
    • Collects first hit
Grissom went 1-for-5 with a double, two RBI and a run scored in Sunday's 9-2 win over Minnesota.

Advice: With Boston leading, 3-1, in the eighth inning, Grissom unloaded on a cutter from Kody Funderburk, driving it the opposite way for a two-run double. It was the first hit in a Red Sox uniform for Grissom, who was activated Friday after opening the season on the injured list. Rotowire.com Today, 6:29 am
    • Runs wild against Mets
Caballero went 0-for-2 with three walks, three runs scored and four stolen bases during Sunday's 7-6 extra-inning win over the Mets.

Advice: Despite not tallying a hit, Caballero was all over the basepaths, reaching thrice via walk and becoming the third player since 2020 to accumulate four steals in a game. One of those swipes came in the 10th inning when he stole third after beginning the frame as the designated runner. He then scored on a walk-off triple by Jonny DeLuca. Caballero ranks third in MLB with 13 steals this season and holds a .317 on-base percentage. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 5:06 pm

    • Jose Caballero steals four bases with no hits
Jose Caballero stole four bases and scored three runs without recording a hit Sunday against the Mets.

Advice: Only against the Mets. Caballero walked three times today and also got a steal as the automatic runner in the 10th inning. He’s just the second player this millennium to steal four bases without getting a hit; Everth Cabrera did so for the Padres in 2012. Caballero leads the AL with 13 steals in 18 tries this season. • Ceddanne Rafaela homers as BoSox snap Twins streak
Ceddanne Rafaela homered and walked Sunday as the Red Sox snapped the Twins’ 12-game winning streak by prevailing 9-2.

Advice: Rafaela’s homer was 105.2 mph off the bat and was projected at 398 feet. The 23-year-old clearly possesses sufficient pop, but the approach needs work; he’s swinging at everything and just not making hard contact consistently. The result to date has been a .202/.228/.370 line with three homers and four steals in seven tries. Rotoworld Yesterday, 2:25 pm
    • On base three times
Caballero went 2-for-3 with two runs scored and a walk Friday against the Mets.

Advice: Caballero collected a pair of hits for the second consecutive game and also drew his first walk in 12 starts. He also remains busy on the basepaths, though he was caught stealing for the fifth time in 14 attempts on the campaign. Caballero hasn't offered much power across 113 plate appearances, but he does have 14 runs scored and 12 RBI. Rotowire.com Saturday, 10:07 am

    • Day off Saturday
Grissom isn't in the Red Sox's lineup for Saturday's game against Minnesota, Christopher Smith of The Springfield Republican reports.

Advice: Saturday was a planned off day for Grissom, as the Red Sox will try to ease the 23-year-old back after he missed the first month of the season due to a hamstring injury. David Hamilton will start at the keystone and bat eighth while Grissom sits. Rotowire.com Saturday, 8:03 am
    • Vaughn Grissom out Saturday after Friday debut
Vaughn Grissom is not in the starting lineup for Saturday’s game against the Twins.

Advice: This is a scheduled day off for Grissom, as the team wants to ease him in after making his season debut Saturday. The 23-year-old will get a day of rest with David Hamilton getting the start at second base and hitting eighth against Pablo Lopez and the Twins. Rotoworld Saturday, 7:57 am
    • Hitless in debut
Grissom started at second base and went 0-for-3 in Friday's 5-2 loss to the Twins.

Advice: Grissom made his season debut after spending the first month of the season on the injured list with a hamstring injury. Red Sox manager Alex Cora told Peter Abraham of The Boston Globe that Grissom would sit Saturday before returning to play second base Sunday. Rotowire.com Saturday, 7:05 am
