    Ozzie Albies homered and drove in three runs on Saturday night, propelling the Braves to a 5-1 victory over the visiting Phillies.

    Advice: Albies got the scoring started in the home half of the first inning with an RBI single off of Ranger Suárez that scored Jarred Kelenic. He then rode home on Marcell Ozuna’s two-run blast. Albies tacked on a mammoth 431-foot (113.7 mph EV) two-run shot off of Suárez in the fifth inning that made it a 5-1 ballgame.     Advice: It's safe to say Miranda has been on fire, registering his third consecutive multi-hit effort and extending his overall hit streak to 10 games.   • Yates picks up 13th save against Rays Saturday
    Kirby Yates tossed a scoreless inning and picked up the save against the Rays on Saturday.

    Advice: The save was his 13th of the season since taking the closer job in April. Yates threw a perfect ninth inning in a one-run game. He’s been basically untouchable as his ERA is 0.86 on the season. Rotoworld Yesterday, 3:40 pm
     
  • Taj Bradley strikes out five in no-decision
    Taj Bradley allowed two runs (one earned) in six innings and got a no-decision against the Rangers on Saturday.



    Advice: Bradley gave up five hits, walked two and struck out five. It was another solid outing for Bradley. He left the game with the Rays leading 3-2, but the bullpen couldn’t hold on to get him the win. Bradley hasn’t allowed more than two runs in his last six starts. He has a 3.23 ERA on the season. The 23-year-old right-hander is set to face the Guardians at home next weekend.

  • Jose Miranda ties record with hit in 12 straight at-bats
    Jose Miranda went 2-for-3 with one RBI in a 9-3 win against the Astros on Saturday.

    Advice: Miranda came into this contest having collected a hit in ten straight at-bats. After he was hit by a pitch in the first inning, he made it 11 straight at-bats with a single in the second to drive in a run. And with another base hit in the fourth inning, Miranda tied the all-time record with a hit in 12 consecutive at-bats. The streak would end with a fly out in the sixth.     Advice: Buxton knocked a base hit to lead off the third inning and scored on a two-run homer by Brooks Lee. He later extended the Twins’ lead with a two-run shot off Rafael Montero in the seventh inning. It was the ninth home run for the 30-year-old outfielder.
