• Two steals in win
Rengifo went 1-for-4 with two stolen base and a run scored in Friday's 3-2 extra-inning win over the Dodgers.

Advice: Rengifo reached the 20-steal mark for the season Friday after totaling just 18 thefts over his first five campaigns. The infielder has been good in June, batting .279 (19-for-68) with eight steals on 11 attempts, though he has just one extra-base hit this month. For the year, he's at a .311/.360/.425 slash line with four home runs, 20 RBI, 28 runs scored, 10 doubles and a triple through 59 contests. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:45 pm

  • Trea Turner hits first home run off IL
Trea Turner went 2-for-4 with a homer and three RBI in a loss to the Diamondbacks on Friday.

Advice: Turner has hit safely in all three games since returning from his hamstring injury yet this home run was his first extra-base hit. He smacked it 110.6 MPH off the bat, two MPH harder than he’s hit a ball all season. That’s a welcome sight because his power lagged before the injury with just three home runs in April before going down. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:19 pm

  • Homers, drives in three in loss
Turner went 2-for-4 with a home run and three RBI in a 5-4 loss to the Diamondbacks on Friday.

Advice: Turner hit a two-run home run off Jordan Montgomery in the third inning then added an RBI single with the bases loaded in the seventh. Turner has gone 5-for-14 since returning from the injured list with a hamstring injury, and the homer was his first since April 17. He has been excellent when healthy this season, slashing .344/.389/.470 with three home runs, 12 RBI, 29 runs scored and 10 steals over 162 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:19 pm

  • Taking seat Thursday
Correa is out of the lineup for Thursday's game against the Rays.

Advice: After seeing his nine-game hitting streak come to an end with an 0-for-5 performance in Wednesday's 3-2 extra-inning loss, Correa will get a breather for the series finale with Tampa Bay. Kyle Farmer will spell him at shortstop Thursday. Rotowire.com Thursday, 7:17 am

  • Trea Turner gets scheduled rest versus Padres
The Phillies said Trea Turner is getting a planned day off Wednesday after starting his first two games back from the IL.

Advice: That’s as expected, but the confirmation is nice. Edmundo Sosa is playing shortstop for the Phillies today. Rotoworld Wednesday, 9:46 am

  • Getting rest Wednesday
Turner is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Padres.

Advice: Turner's absence for Wednesday's day game is likely part of a predetermined maintenance plan for the veteran shortstop, who returned from a six-week stay on the 10-day injured list Monday. The 30-year-old exhibited no apparent signs of being nagged by his left hamstring while starting Monday and Tuesday and going 3-for-10 with a run scored between those contests. Edmundo Sosa will spell Turner at shortstop in the series finale versus San Diego. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 7:45 am

  • Trea Turner takes seat Wednesday
After starting at shortstop in his first two games back from the IL, Trea Turner is out of the lineup for Wednesday’s matinee.

Advice: No official word yet, but this is probably a planned day off for Turner after he returned from his hamstring strain without a rehab assignment. He went 4-for-7 the last two days. Edmundo Sosa is playing shortstop today. Rotoworld Wednesday, 7:29 am

  • Luis Rengifo returns to lineup Tuesday vs. Brewers
Luis Rengifo (wrist) is back in the lineup for Tuesday’s game against the Brewers.

Advice: Rengifo came off the bench as a pinch-hitter during Monday’s contest and is back in the lineup following a brief absence due to a left wrist contusion. He appears to have avoided serious injury and shouldn’t miss any additional time moving forward. Rotoworld Tuesday, 3:09 pm

  • Back in lineup Tuesday
Rengifo (wrist) is starting at third base and batting second Tuesday against the Brewers, Sam Blum of The Athletic reports.

Advice: The 27-year-old was absent from Monday's starting nine due to a bruised left wrist, but he entered as a pinch hitter and played a couple innings at third base. Rengifo is batting .286 with six steals through 15 games in June, but he has just one extra-base hit this month and hasn't hit a home run since May 24. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 2:55 pm
