• Records sixth steal
Westburg went 1-for-4 with a stolen base in Monday's 7-2 win over the Blue Jays.

Advice: Westburg has hit safely in his last eight games, going 12-for-31 (.387) in that span. The steal was his first since May 11 and his sixth on nine attempts this season. It's unlikely Westburg will be negatively impacted by the Orioles' promotion of Connor Norby to replace Jorge Mateo (concussion) on the 26-man roster -- Westburg should continue to see near-everyday playing time between third base and second base. The 25-year-old is slashing .292/.348/.510 with nine home runs, 36 RBI and 30 runs scored over 222 plate appearances as he enjoys a breakout in his second major-league campaign. • Lands on injured list
Bae was placed on the 10-day injured list Tuesday with a sprained right wrist, Alex Stumpf of MLB.comreports.

Advice: Bae presumably suffered the injury during Sunday's game against the Blue Jays, during which he went 1-for-5 with a strikeout. It's unclear how long the 24-year-old will be sidelined, but he'll be eligible to rejoin the active roster June 13. Jack Suwinski was called up from Triple-A Indianapolis in a corresponding move and should see regular playing time going forward, especially since outfielder Michael Taylor was also placed on the paternity list Tuesday. • Luis Arraez (shoulder) doesn’t play against Angels
Luis Arraez, day-to-day with a shoulder injury, was quite obviously not available as a pinch-hitter Monday in a 2-1 loss to the Angels.

Advice: Padres manager Mike Shildt indicated before the game that Arraez might be available off the bench tonight but then held him out while using David Peralta and Tyler Wade as pinch-hitters in the seventh and ninth innings, respectively. It could be a sign that the Padres are downplaying their concern with Arraez’s shoulder after he was injured Sunday. We’ll check back in on Tuesday. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:19 pm
  • Could hit off bench
Arraez (shoulder) might be available to pinch hit Monday against the Angels, AJ Cassavell of MLB.com reports.

Advice: Arraez departed Sunday's game against the Royals after a slide into second base, and his name wasn't listed in the starting lineup for Monday's matchup. "Luis came in today, feels better," said manager Mike Shildt. "We don't feel like it's anything structural, which is another thing that's encouraging. It's just a matter of he's sore. Got some stiffness, some soreness." The Padres appear to be exercising caution with Arraez and could use him in a pinch-hit scenario Monday evening if the situation arises. • Luis Arraez out of lineup with shoulder injury
Luis Arraez is absent from Monday’s lineup after leaving Sunday’s game with a shoulder injury.

Advice: Arraez said Sunday that he’d be ready for this one, but either that wasn’t the case or the Padres aren’t letting him try. Consider him day-to-day for now. The Padres have Donovan Solano at first base in his place. Rotoworld Yesterday, 4:10 pm
  • Not starting Monday
Arraez is not in the starting lineup for Monday's series opener against the Angels after exiting Sunday's game in the fifth inning due to an apparent neck/shoulder injury.

Advice: The lefty-hitting Arraez wasn't able to finish out Sunday's series finale following an awkward slide into second base, and the injury appears to be bothering him enough to keep him out of Monday's matchup. The Padres have yet to provide an update on Arraez's status, so he'll be considered day-to-day until more information comes to light. Donovan Solano will start at first base Monday, while Jurickson Profar will serve as the designated hitter. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 3:53 pm
  • Not starting Monday
Estrada (thumb) is out of the lineup for Monday's game against Arizona, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Advice: Estrada will miss a third consecutive game after jamming his thumb Friday against the Mets. Brett Wisely will start at second base Monday and bat in the leadoff spot against Diamondbacks right-hander Ryne Nelson. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 3:26 pm
  • Sitting against southpaw Monday
McNeil is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Nationals.

Advice: The lefty-hitting McNeil is being withheld from the lineup for Mets' second straight matchup with a left-hander (MacKenzie Gore), as he had previously taken a seat when New York opposed Arizona southpaw Jordan Montgomery on Monday. McNeil could be moving into the strong side of a platoon at second base with the righty-hitting Jose Iglesias, who will draw another start. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 12:19 pm

  • Jeff McNeil sits against southpaw on Monday
Jeff McNeil is absent from the Mets’ starting lineup for Monday night’s battle against the Nationals.

Advice: It looks to be just a regular day off for McNeil with tough left-hander MacKenzie Gore toeing the slab for the Nationals. Jose Iglesias will start in his place at second base and will bat eighth for the Mets on Monday evening in Washington. Rotoworld Yesterday, 11:44 am
