    • Rhys Hoskins leads Brewers past Rockies on Tuesday
Rhys Hoskins drew a go-ahead bases-loaded walk with two outs in the ninth inning on Tuesday night, leading the Brewers to a 4-3 victory over the Rockies.

Advice: Hoskins entered the game as a pinch-hitter for Jake Bauers in the eighth inning where he went down on strikes. He atoned for that failure in the ninth inning though, working a walk off of Justin Lawrence to drive in the go-ahead run. On the season, the 31-year-old slugger is hitting .224/.318/.404 with 11 homers, 38 RBI and a pair of stolen bases. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:14 pm
    • Hits first 2024 home run
Kreidler went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run in Tuesday's 5-3 loss to the Twins.

Advice: It was a rare display of power for Kreidler, who hit his first home run since the 2022 season. The utility man has been seeing more time at shortstop recently with Javier Baez (back) on the injured list, though Zach McKinstry has the slight edge in playing time at the moment. Neither player is a great offensive option, and fantasy managers can mostly look elsewhere, particularly with Baez beginning a rehab assignment Tuesday and likely back soon. • Kreidler hits second career homer vs. Twins
Ryan Kreidler went 1-for-3 with a home run and two RBI in Tuesday’s loss to the Twins.

Advice: Kreidler hit a 400-foot shot in the top of the fifth to score Akil Baddoo and give the Tigers a 3-2 lead. It was the first home run of the season for Kreidler and just the second of his three-year career in which he’s played just 52 big league games. It was a nice moment for Kreidler, but there’s no fantasy upside here. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:11 pm
    • Goes deep again Tuesday
Malloy went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 5-3 loss to the Twins.

Advice: Malloy is starting to settle in at the MLB level, as he blasted his fourth career home run and second in as many games. The rookie was batting .158 through his first 13 contests, but he's upped that to a more respectable .241 over his last 11 games. There's still room for improvement, though if Malloy can continue to display good power, fantasy managers will deal with a lower batting average. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:11 pm
    • Brandon Drury back Tuesday after 10-game absence
Brandon Drury (illness) is back in the lineup for Tuesday’s game against the Athletics.

Advice: Drury is back at second base and batting seventh for Tuesday’s series opener against Oakland following a 10-game absence due to a respiratory virus. Rotoworld Yesterday, 3:20 pm

    • Athletics recall Brett Harris on Tuesday
Athletics recalled 3B Brett Harris from Triple-A Las Vegas.

Advice: Harris has struggled at the plate in a handful of contests this season for Oakland, but he’s going to get another shot with veteran Aledmys Díaz being designated for assignment. Rotoworld Yesterday, 3:18 pm

    • Back in starting lineup
Drury (illness) is starting at second base and batting seventh Tuesday, his first start since June 18.

Advice: After dealing with a hamstring injury, Drury returned from the injured list June 17. However, since then the infielder has been dealing with an illness that has resulted in multiple late scratches and games on the bench. The 31-year-old came off the bench in Sunday's game but went 0-for-2 with a strikeout. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 3:03 pm

    • Absent from lineup
Hoskins isn't in the Brewers' lineup for Tuesday's game against the Rockies.

Advice: After recording a base hit in 10 of his last 11 games, Hoskins went 0-for-4 with a sacrifice fly during Monday's loss in the series opener. He'll now sit against Ryan Feltner and the Rockies on Tuesday, putting Jake Bauers at first base while Christian Yelich serves as the Brewers' DH, opening a spot in left field for Jackson Chourio. • Returns to majors
The Athletics recalled Harris from Triple-A Las Vegas on Tuesday.

Advice: Since being optioned to Triple-A in late May, Harris has slashed .366/.458/.659 with three homers and nine RBI in 11 games. He'll now get another chance to prove himself in the big leagues after the A's pushed Aledmys Diaz off their 40-man roster Tuesday. Harris started exclusively at third base during his previous stint with Oakland, where he'll now likely have to compete with Tyler Nevin for playing time until Abraham Toro (hamstring) returns from the IL.
