      Advice: Schwarber was lifted from Thursday's game due to groin tightness, but further evaluation revealed he's battling a strain. While the DH will be shelved for at least 10 days, there's optimism Schwarber will be able to return when first eligible.       The Washington Post’s Andrew Golden reports the Nationals are calling up top prospect James Wood on Monday.

      Advice: It’s happening. Wood, the consensus top prospect in baseball, will make his highly-anticipated major-league debut on Monday against the division-rival Mets. The 21-year-old outfielder possesses an electrifying power/speed combo, and projects as an immediate five-category impact fantasy contributor. He’s done an excellent job making more contact this season, striking out just 18 percent of the time so far after whiffing nearly 34 percent of the time last year in Double-A. He’s getting the call to the big leagues after posting an astronomical .346/.458/.578 triple-slash line with 10 homers and 10 steals over 225 plate appearances for Triple-A Rochester.       Adolis Garcia went 1-for-4 with a solo home run against the Orioles on Thursday.



      Advice: Garcia’s home run was his 15th of the season. It hasn’t been Garcia’s best season, but he’s showing what it means to possess a solid floor. He’s only hitting .219, but he’s still on pace for around 30 home runs with 15 stolen bases and run totals in the mid-80s. Even though Garcia isn’t repeating the monster season he produced last year, he’s still carving out a pretty nice year for himself.

      Kyle Schwarber was removed from Thursday’s game against the Marlins due to left groin tightness.

      Advice: There should be an additional update regarding the severity of the issue at some point following Thursday’s contest, but it sounds like his early exit was merely for precautionary reasons.       Jake Meyers went 3-for-4 with a double and an RBI in Tuesday’s win over the Rockies.

      Advice: Meyers was responsible for three of the Astros’ nine hits on the night and was part of the team’s five-run first inning. Meyers singled in the first to drive in Yordan Alvarez from second and later came around to score himself.
