    • Miguel Rojas plates four as Dodgers top Giants
      Miguel Rojas went 3-for-5 and drove in four runs on Saturday night, propelling the Dodgers to a 14-7 victory over the Giants in 11 innings in San Francisco.

      Advice: Rojas got the Dodgers on the board in the second inning with an RBI single off of Spencer Howard that plated Andy Pages. He drove in Pages again with an RBI knock in the fourth inning then scored on an RBI single by Will Smith. The 35-year-old shortstop also drove in the go-ahead run in the 10th inning, dropping an RBI single into center field that plated Chris Taylor. He finished his night with a sacrifice fly that capped off a seven-run uprising in the 11th.       Iglesias went 3-for-4 with two doubles, one RBI and one run scored in Saturday's 9-6 loss to the Astros.

      Advice: Iglesias has gone 7-for-17 over his last 10 contests, recording a plate appearance in just seven of those games. Over 43 plate appearances this year, he's batting .425 with seven RBI, six runs scored, one stolen base and four doubles, but the typically light-hitting infielder has yet to hit a home run. Iglesias' best path to playing time is at second base, where he's currently on the short side of a platoon with Jeff McNeil, who is hitting just .221 on the year and .211 in June.       Advice: Massey’s home run was his seventh of the season. He’s quietly been one of the best hitters for the Royals this year. His home run off Tanner Bibee gave the Royals a 2-1 lead in the second inning, but it wouldn’t last. Massey is hitting .293 with an .843 OPS and 24 RBI in 116 at-bats with Kansas City this year.     • Lowe homers in return to lineup Saturday
      Brandon Lowe went 1-for-2 with a solo home run and a walk against the Nationals on Saturday.



      Advice: Lowe’s home run was his sixth of the season. It was certainly good to see him do something productive in his first game back in the Rays’ lineup since breaking his pinkie toe. With Lowe, you have to worry about when the next injury might come. He’s a decent power option in the middle infield as long as he’s playing. Lowe has a .218 average .756 OPS with 23 RBI on the season.

      Brandon Drury (illness) was held out of the Angels’ lineup once again for Saturday evening’s tilt against the Tigers.

      Advice: It’s the ninth consecutive game that Drury has missed due to illness, though he remains on the active roster and has been with the team at the ballpark for each game.
