The second-year infielder has gone deep four times through 68 games this season after hitting six homers in 137 contests last year. Turang's skill set is more centered on speed than power, so anything fantasy managers get in the homer department is a nice bonus. The speedster has made a big impact on the rosters of fantasy managers who had the foresight to pick him up late in fantasy drafts or on the waiver wire, as he's slashing .291/.359/.406 on the season with 25 RBI, 35 runs and 26 stolen bases in 27 attempts. The rookie right-hander has now gone at least six innings in five of his seven starts, and he's reached at least seven strikeouts six times.     Elly De La Cruz went 3-for-4 with his 37th stolen base of the season on Monday in the Reds’ loss to the Pirates.

  • Paul Skenes dominates again in seven-strikeout gem
    Paul Skenes struck out seven and allowed one run over six innings on Monday in a win over the Reds.

    Advice: Skenes got into trouble in the opening frame when he surrendered a run-scoring double to Spencer Steer, but managed to escape the frame without any additional damage, and went on to limit Cincinnati’s lineup to just five baserunners over his final five innings of work. The electrifying 22-year-old rookie induced an eye-popping 18 swinging strikes in this one, including nine on his splinker alone, and finished with a near-elite 34 percent CSW. He’s recorded at least seven strikeouts in six of his first seven starts since arriving in the majors back in mid-May. He’s the real deal.
