• Kyle Manzardo clubs two homers Friday at Triple-A
Guardians 1B prospect Kyle Manzardo launched two homers on Friday for Triple-A Columbus.

Advice: Manzardo struggled badly in his first taste of the majors earlier this season, but it’s becoming apparent that he’s simply too talented to continue languishing in the minors. The 23-year-old slugging prospect ripped a no-doubter to right field before lofting an impressive shot to left-center field a couple frames later. He boasts a stratospheric 1.021 OPS with 12 homers in 166 plate appearances this season at the Triple-A level. It feels like only a matter of time before he gets another shot in Cleveland. • Starting Saturday
Sheets (heel) is serving as the designated hitter and batting in the cleanup spot for Saturday's game against the Rockies.

Advice: Sheets returns to the starting lineup Saturday after missing the last two games due to a bruised left heel he sustained Wednesday against the Dodgers. The 28-year-old lefty pinch hit in the bottom of the sixth inning of Friday's 5-3 win over Colorado, reaching base on an intentional walk in his only at-bat. For the month of June, Sheets is slashing .257/.321/.419 with three home runs and nine RBI over 74 at-bats. Rotowire.com Today, 8:08 am

  • Three homers in four games
Toglia went 1-for-4 with a solo home run Friday against the White Sox.

Advice: Toglia took Tanner Banks yard in the seventh inning of Friday's game, tallying his third home run in his last four games. He's started 20 consecutive matchups while splitting time between first base and designated hitter. In that span, Toglia has hit .247 with a 31.3 percent strikeout rate, though he's also managed five homers, 15 RBI and 12 runs scored. Rotowire.com Today, 6:41 am

  • Luis Arraez returns to lineup Friday vs. Red Sox
Luis Arraez (hand) returned to the lineup for Friday’s game against the Red Sox.

Advice: Arraez wound up sitting out just one contest after suffering a hand injury earlier this week. It doesn’t sound like a serious concern moving forward for fantasy managers, but we’re contractually obligated to note it here. Rotoworld Today, 6:17 am

  • Trio of hits in loss
Fry went 3-for-4 with two doubles in Friday's 10-3 loss to the Royals.

Advice: Fry is 12-for-40 (.300) over his last 12 contests, adding five doubles and two RBI in that span. That's a bit less all-around production than he was showing earlier in the campaign, but it's still a solid showing. He's now at a .316/.422/.532 slash line with eight home runs, 32 RBI, 28 runs scored, four stolen bases and 13 doubles through 60 games. Fry has mostly seen time at designated hitter and catcher recently, but he could also be an option in right field while Will Brennan (ribs) is on the injured list. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:58 pm

  • Smacks homer in win
Renfroe went 2-for-4 with a solo home run, a walk and an additional run scored in Friday's 10-3 win over the Guardians.

Advice: Renfroe went back-to-back with Salvador Perez in the second inning, and the Royals never looked back. This was Renfroe's second multi-hit effort in seven games since he returned from a bruised toe. He's up to eight homers, 28 RBI, 25 runs scored and one stolen base while slashing .211/.292/.389 through 63 contests. As long as Adam Frazier (thumb) remains on the injured list, Renfroe should see a majority of the playing time in right field for the Royals. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:42 pm

  • Goes deep in win
Soderstrom went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in Friday's 9-4 win over the Diamondbacks.

Advice: Soderstrom has hit all but one of his homers this season over his last 17 games, batting .262 (16-for-61) in that span. The 22-year-old is at a .229/.321/.449 slash line with seven homers, 18 RBI, 12 runs scored and five doubles across 41 contests overall. He's seeing regular playing time at first base against right-handed pitchers. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:18 pm

  • Power surge continues Friday
Guerrero went 2-for-5 with a home run and two RBI in Friday's 16-5 loss to the Yankees.

Advice: His solo shot off Luke Weaver in the seventh inning wrapped up the scoring for the Blue Jays on the night and made the score 7-5, but the Toronto bullpen imploded late. Guerrero has multiple hits in five straight games and six of the last seven, batting .406 (13-for-32) over that latter stretch with four doubles, five homers, eight runs and 14 RBI. • Salvador Perez goes 2-for-4, hits 13th home run
Salvador Perez went 2-for-4 with a homer, two RBI and a walk Friday in the Royals’ 10-3 drubbing of the Guardians.

Advice: Perez has hit in five straight after struggling for the first three weeks of the month. He’s thus far posted OPSs of 1.013 in April, .815 in May and .613 in June. Rotoworld Yesterday, 8:33 pm
