      Seager went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 5-2 loss to the Phillies.

      Advice: Seager had a rough time against Phillies starter Ranger Suarez, going 0-for-4 with four strikeouts to start the day. However, he'd turn his night around with a solo home run off Jeff Hoffman in the eighth inning, cutting Texas' deficit to 3-2. The long ball extended Seager's hitting streak to six games -- he's gone 7-for-22 (.318) with three homers in that span. The 30-year-old shortstop is now slashing .246/.335/.383 with seven homers, 18 RBI and 20 runs scored through 200 plate appearances this season. Rotowire.com 31 minutes ago
       
    • Abraham Toro hits go-ahead homer in eighth
      Abraham Toro hit a go-ahead homer in the bottom of the eighth Tuesday as the A’s came back to defeat the Rockies 5-4.

      Advice: Toro’s blast came after Seth Brown tied the game with a two-run homer in the seventh. Toro, who was supposed to become a reserve due to the J.D. Davis acquisition at the end of the spring, has won back his job by hitting .294/.344/.459 in 183 plate appearances.       Fry went 1-for-1 with a two-run home run and a walk in Tuesday's 7-6 win over the Mets.

      Advice: Fry didn't start Tuesday, but he delivered a two-run home run when he pinch hit for Kyle Manzardo in the sixth inning. Over his last 11 games, Fry has gone 10-for-27 (.370) with four homers, nine RBI, 10 runs scored, two stolen bases and an 8:6 BB:K. The 28-year-old is taking advantage of every opportunity he gets despite lacking an everyday spot in the lineup. He's up to a .338/.476/.588 slash line with five homers, 18 RBI, 19 runs scored and three steals over 105 plate appearances this season.     • Corey Seager homers in loss to Phillies
      Corey Seager went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in a loss to the Phillies on Tuesday.

      Advice: Seager crushed an offering from Jeff Hoffman 103.3 mph off the bat and 380 feet for his seventh home run of the year. It was also his fifth home run in 18 games in May as the power is starting to show up. However, Seager also had four strike outs on Tuesday and is still hitting just .246/.335/.383 on the season.       Lewis (quadriceps) ran the bases Monday, Betsy Helfand of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.

      Advice: After starting with some light running last week, Lewis was able to run the bases for the first time Monday as he continues to rehab from a right quad strain.       Advice: No surprise here as Riley will miss his eighth straight contest due to an ongoing side issue after sitting out both contests of Monday’s doubleheader. There’s been zero indication that he’ll wind up requiring a trip to the injured list, despite the fact that he’s yet to resume swinging a bat. It’s a frustrating situation for fantasy managers, but it doesn’t sound like the Braves are going to make a roster move at this juncture.       Riley (intercostal) remains out of the lineup for Tuesday's game versus the Cubs.

      Advice: Riley hasn't played since May 12 because of left intercostal inflammation. Atlanta has resisted putting its third baseman on the 10-day injured list so far, and at this point, it would appear the team will continue to wait things out. He was cleared to take soft swings in the batting cage Tuesday, per Mark Bowman of MLB.com, so Riley at least appears to be making progress in his recovery.       Royce Lewis (quad) progressed to running the bases on Monday.

      Advice: Lewis will be re-evaluated later this week to determine where he’s at in his rehabilitation process from a severe right quad strain that he suffered back on Opening Day.       Advice: Fry plated two of Cleveland's three runs with a single in the first inning. He has been swinging a hot bat in May, slashing .353/.488/.647 with three homers, seven RBI and 10 runs along with an 8:8 BB:K over 43 plate appearances.
