      Advice: Gorman got aboard on a fielder's choice and picked up a steal for the second game in a row. The second baseman has gone 0-for-9 with a hit-by-pitch and two sacrifice flies over his last three contests. He's gone 17 games without a multi-hit effort, batting a poor .078 (5-for-64) in that span, though two of those hits have been homers. The slump has him down to a .194/.272/.421 slash line with 16 home runs, 36 RBI, five steals and 31 runs scored across 70 contests.       Advice: Webb struggled early, yielding two doubles and two singles as part of a three-run first inning before surrendering another run in the second frame. While Webb settled in afterward, the damage was already done, as the Giants failed to generate a hit until the seventh inning. The 27-year-old has completed six innings in nine consecutive starts and matched his season high in strikeouts Sunday. He's one of five players with 100 innings pitched this season and owns a 3.16 ERA and a 91:23 K:BB. Webb is scheduled for a home start against the Dodgers next weekend.       Advice: After blowing the save Saturday night, Finnegan was able to convert for his 22nd save of the campaign Sunday. However, he flirted with danger as Ryan McMahon and Brendan Rodgers hit back-to-back singles to start the final half-inning. Finnegan kept the game-tying run at second and retired three straight to close out the contest. The 32-year-old trails only Ryan Helsley and Emmanuel Clase for the most saves in baseball.       Mark Vientos smashed his seventh home run of the season on Sunday night as the Mets took care of business against the Cubs at Wrigley Field.

      Advice: The 24-year-old third baseman demolished a 451-foot (109.3 mph EV) solo shot off of Tyson Miller in the eighth inning that extended the Mets’ lead to 5-2.     • Kyle Finnegan escapes with 22nd save
      Kyle Finnegan recorded his 22nd save in a 2-1 win over the Rockies on Sunday.

      Advice: It was not without drama, which is par for the course with Finnegan’s saves. He allowed back-to-back singles to start the inning, but then got Nolan Jones to strike out, Hunter Goodman to fly out, and caught Michael Toglia looking to end the game. Finnegan has a 2.23 ERA on the season but could lose a significant amount of fantasy value if he gets traded at the deadline.       Padres’ manager Mike Shildt told reporters after Sunday’s loss to the Brewers that Fernando Tatis Jr. (triceps, quad) was available off the bench.

      Advice: The Padres were simply waiting for the right opportunity to present itself on Sunday, unfortunately it never did.       Advice: The game started off on the wrong foot for Webb, who allowed three runs on four hits in the first inning and then allowed another run on two more hits in the second. Over his final four innings, he didn’t allow a run, while giving up just three hits and striking out four. Webb may be more of an SP2 in fantasy baseball than the ace many wanted him to be coming into this year, but he’s a rock-solid starter who will carry a 3.16 ERA into a tough start against the Dodgers next weekend.
