    • Snaps power drought Tuesday
Harris went 1-for-3 with a walk and a solo home run in Tuesday's 7-0 win over the Cubs.

Advice: The 23-year-old center fielder snapped a 20-game homer drought by taking Jameson Taillon deep in the fourth inning, kicking off a six-run frame that blew the game wide open. Harris is just one of a number of Atlanta hitters who have had sluggish starts to the season -- Tuesday's long ball was his first extra-base hit of any kind since April 26 -- but he may be heating up, as he has five hits and two walks in the last four games, lifting his slash line on the year to .260/.305/.390. • Notches 13th save
Finnegan recorded his 13th save of the season in the first game of Tuesday's doubleheader against the White Sox, giving up two hits and striking out one in a scoreless ninth inning.

Advice: The knocks were the first off the right-hander since April 12, snapping a stretch of 11 straight hitless appearances, but he was able to escape the jam and preserve a 6-3 win by fanning Nicky Lopez. Finnegan hasn't blown a save or been tagged with an earned run since the calendar flipped to April, posting a 0.00 ERA, 0.77 WHIP and 16:7 K:BB over his last 15.2 innings. • Swats two-run homer
Gonzales went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run during Tuesday's 4-3 loss to the Brewers.

Advice: It took Gonzales just five games since being called up from Triple-A to notch a home run, tagging Joe Ross for a two-run shot in the fourth inning. While Tuesday's tilt marked Gonzales' second multi-RBI game this year, he's yet to generate multiple hits in a single game and is slashing .214/.267/.429 with a stolen base in 16 plate appearances. • Hits monster homer
Stanton went 2-for-5 with a solo home run during Tuesday's 5-1 win over the Twins.

Advice: Stanton launched a 427-foot homer in the third inning off Chris Paddack for his ninth long ball of 2024. The 34-year-old still owns a huge 34 percent strikeout rate, but he's also carrying a .236 batting average and is slugging .471 -- both would be his best tallies since 2021. Stanton has hit safely in eight of his last nine games. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:25 pm
    • Strong until late homer
Gilbert (3-2) allowed three runs on four hits and three walks while striking out seven over 6.2 innings to take the loss Tuesday versus the Royals.

Advice: Gilbert allowed just four baserunners over the first six innings. He went back out for the seventh, but two walks and a Nelson Velazquez home run ended his outing in unfortunate fashion. It's a significant improvement on the eight-run fiasco he had in Minnesota in his last start, but it's still a second straight loss for 27-year-old. He's pitched to a 3.07 ERA, 0.95 WHIP and 61:18 K:BB over 58.2 innings across nine starts this season. Gilbert is projected for a tough road start versus the Yankees his next time out. • Logan Gilbert takes loss in quality start
Logan Gilbert lost to the Royals after allowing three runs in 6 2/3 innings Tuesday.

Advice: All of the runs scored on Nelson Velázquez’s homer with two outs in the seventh, after which Gilbert was immediately removed. Obviously, it was an unfortunate conclusion, but it was still a nice rebound outing after he gave up eight runs last time out versus the Twins. Gilbert struck out seven and got 18 missed swings, tied for the second-highest total from any starter tonight (Joe Ross, at 21, was tops). Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:25 pm
    • Stanton hits ninth homer of year vs. Twins
Giancarlo Stanton went 2-for-5 with a home run in Tuesday’s win over the Twins.

Advice: Stanton hit his ninth homer of the season in the third inning when he took Chris Paddack deep for a solo blast, giving the Yankees a 3-1 lead. A true feast-or-famine player at this stage of his career, Stanton is still good for the occasional homer and has plenty of opportunities to drive in runs batting in the middle of a potent lineup, but shouldn’t be viewed as anything more than a desperation play as far as fantasy is concerned. • Nick Gonzales hits first homer of season vs. MIL
Nick Gonzales went 1-for-3 with a home run and two RBI in Tuesday’s loss to the Brewers.

Advice: Gonzales homered in the fourth inning to score Connor Joe, giving the Pirates their first runs on the afternoon. Offense was hard to come by for the Pirates in this one, as they were held to just three hits on the night in the losing effort. Gonzales has appeared in just four games this season since being recalled from Triple-A and is not on the fantasy radar at this time. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:20 pm

    • Michael Harris II homers in win over Cubs
Michael Harris II went 1-for-3 with a home run and a walk in a win over the Cubs on Tuesday.

Advice: Harris hit a solo shot off of Jameson Taillon in the fourth inning that traveled 426 feet and left the bat at 106.7 mph. It was his fourth home run and 15th RBI of the season. The 23-year-old is one of quite a few Braves hitters who aren’t living up to their typical production early in the season. Still, there is nothing under the hood that suggests Harris is struggling, and he should be in for a solid summer ahead. Rotoworld Yesterday, 6:49 pm
