    • Plagued by long ball
Singer (4-4) took the loss Sunday against the Dodgers, allowing three runs on five hits and two walks across six innings. He struck out four.

Advice: All three runs charged to Singer came via home run, with Shohei Ohtani slugging a solo shot in the third inning and going back-to-back with Freddie Freeman in the sixth inning. Sunday's start was Singer's first allowing multiple home runs and was his second time in seven appearances completing six innings. Through 14 outings, Singer owns a 3.39 ERA and a 76:23 K:BB across 77 innings. He's tentatively scheduled to face the Rangers in Arlington next weekend. Rotowire.com 51 minutes ago

    • Goes deep in loss
d'Arnaud went 2-for-4 with a solo home run Sunday against the Rays.

Advice: d'Arnaud's second-inning homer was his sixth of the season but his first since April 22. It was also just the third multi-hit performance for d'Arnaud since late April, a span of 31 games. d'Arnaud has seen his playing time reduced dramatically since the return of Sean Murphy, seeing action in just eight games, and collecting 24 at-bats since Murphy's return in late May from an oblique injury. • K's season-high seven
Eflin did not factor into the decision Sunday, allowing four runs (three earned) on seven hits and one walk against Atlanta. He struck out seven.

Advice: Eflin entered the sixth inning with a four-run lead but after retiring the first two batters of the inning, allowed four-consecutive singles, and was removed one-out shy of completing six full innings. The seven strikeouts marked a season high for Eflin, who had failed to record more than three strikeouts during any of his previous five starts. He'll carry a 4.12 ERA and 1.17 WHIP into his next start, currently slated to take place over the weekend when the Rays travel to Pittsburgh to take on the Pirates. • Rafael Devers plates two as Red Sox top Yankees
Rafael Devers went 1-for-3 and drove in a pair of runs on Sunday night as the Red Sox triumphed over the Yankees.

Advice: Devers delivered a sacrifice fly off of Marcus Stroman in the fourth inning that extended the Red Sox’ early lead to 4-1. He then added a valuable insurance run in the seventh with an RBI single that plated Jarren Duran to make it a 5-3 game. Devers then raced around to score on Connor Wong’s two-run triple. He’s having another solid season at the dish, slashing .284/.378/.550 with 13 homers, 36 RBI and one stolen base. Rotoworld Today, 7:19 pm

    • Collects four more hits
Kwan went 4-for-5 with one RBI in Sunday's loss to Toronto.

Advice: Kwan has been unstoppable since returning from a hamstring injury on May 31, hitting safely in all 11 games while batting a torrid .535 with one home run, six RBI and 11 runs scored. The 26-year-old's hot streak has propelled his average to a league-leading .398, more than 70 points higher than second place. Rotowire.com Today, 5:42 pm

    • Slugs grand slam
Varsho went 2-for-5 with a grand slam in Sunday's win versus Cleveland.

Advice: Varsho took Nick Sandlin deep in the fifth inning to record the third grand slam of his career. Varsho has enjoyed a nice start to the month of June, batting .277 with eight extra-base hits and two steals. On the season, the versatile 27-year-old is batting .220 with 11 home runs, 35 RBI, 40 runs scored and seven stolen bases across 67 games. Rotowire.com Today, 5:12 pm

    • Playing catch again
Bradford (rib/back) said June 5 that he has begun playing catch off flat ground from 120 feet, Shawn McFarland of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Advice: Bradford turned some heads by opening the season with three wins and a 1.40 ERA and 0.62 WHIP through his first three starts, but he's been on the shelf since mid-April with a lower back strain and a small stress fracture of a rib. Nearly two months later, Bradford is finally throwing again, and assuming that he's responding well to long tossing, he could be cleared for bullpen sessions in the next week or two. Bradford is without a clear target date for a return from the 60-day injured list, but he may not have a rotation spot waiting for him once he's activated, as Max Scherzer (back/arm) and Tyler Mahle (elbow) could both rejoin the big club before him. • Brady Singer tagged for three homers in loss
Brady Singer allowed three runs, all of them coming on solo homers, over six innings Sunday in a loss to the Dodgers.

Advice: At least Singer got beaten by the best, giving up two homers to Shohei Ohtani and one to Freddie Freeman. Singer has opened June by surrendering 13 runs — 11 earned — in 15 1/3 innings. He’s a solid enough fantasy option with the Royals playing well, but he might prove droppable later this season. Rotoworld Today, 3:46 pm

    • Turang steals two bases in win Sunday
Brice Turang went 1-for-3 with a walk, a run scored and two stolen bases against the Reds on Sunday.

Advice: Turang now has 26 steals on the season. He’s been great for the Brewers at the top of the batting order with a .287 average and .748 OPS this year. The speed has been a game-changer for fantasy managers. Rotoworld Today, 2:19 pm
