    • Gets Wednesday off
Kelenic is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Mariners.

Advice: The lefty-hitting Kelenic typically sits when Atlanta faces off against left-handed starting pitchers, but the young outfielder will cede his spot in the lineup to Adam Duvall while right-hander Emerson Hancock takes the hill for Seattle. Atlanta may just have wanted to open up playing time for Duvall, who hadn't started since last Friday while the club had faced off against right-handers in each of the previous four games. • Collects three more hits Tuesday
Profar went 3-for-4 with a double in Tuesday's win over Cincinnati.

Advice: Profar extended his modest hitting streak to seven games, and he has three multi-hit performances over that stretch. The veteran logged his third straight game in the leadoff spot Tuesday and is batting atop the lineup again Wednesday versus right-hander Graham Ashcraft. Profar has been arguably the Padres' best hitter in the early part of the campaign, slashing .318/.413/.505 with four homers, 19 RBI, 16 runs and a stolen base through 33 games. • Nursing minor injury
Rays manager Kevin Cash said Paredes is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Brewers due to his body and arm "barking a little bit," Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Advice: Cash seemed to suggest that Paredes isn't dealing with anything more than general soreness, with the skipper adding that Wednesday was an optimal time to give the third baseman a breather since he'll benefit from a two-day break with the Rays being off Thursday. Paredes, who had started each of the previous 11 games, should be back in the lineup when the Rays open their series with the Mets on Friday. Rotowire.com 13 minutes ago

    • Marlins send Jake Burger on rehab assignment
Marlins sent Jake Burger (oblique) on a rehab assignment with Triple-A Jacksonville.

Advice: The 28-year-old slugger was placed on the injured list a little over two weeks ago and will get some live at-bats with Jacksonville on Wednesday. Prior to hitting the injured list, Burger was slashing .228/.281/.421 with three home runs and 15 RBI in 64 plate appearances this season. If all goes well with his rehab, fantasy managers should expect Burger to be back with the Marlins in the coming days. Rotoworld 16 minutes ago

    • Remains out Wednesday
Stephenson (hand) remains out of the lineup for Wednesday's game in San Diego.

Advice: He hasn't played since exiting Saturday's game versus the Rangers following a hit-by-pitch on the right hand. The Reds have an off day Thursday, so they could be aiming for Stephenson to return to action Friday. Luke Maile is catching again Wednesday. Rotowire.com 23 minutes ago
    • Out again Wednesday
Encarnacion-Strand (hand) remains out of the lineup for Wednesday's contest versus the Padres.

Advice: It's the fourth straight start he's missed due to lingering left hand soreness following a hit-by-pitch. Encarnacion-Strand has been available off the bench the last two days and presumably will be again Wednesday. He could be back in the lineup Friday after the Reds' off day Thursday. Jeimer Candelario is at first base Wednesday. Rotowire.com 25 minutes ago
    • Back on bench Wednesday
Renfroe is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Blue Jays.

Advice: Renfroe looked to be on the outs for an everyday role when he was held out of the lineup for consecutive games last Thursday and Friday, but he started in each of the past four games. However, Renfroe went just 1-for-12 with two walks in those contests, and he now finds himself back on the bench while his season-long slash line now sits at .150/.218/.263. Adam Frazier will get the nod in right field Wednesday, and manager Matt Quartaro could be inclined to lean on a timeshare between Frazier and Renfroe at that spot in the lineup until one player starts to heat up at the plate. • Freddy Peralta suspended five games
Freddy Peralta was suspended five games after hitting Jose Siri on Tuesday.

Advice: Peralta was having another stellar outing for the Brewers on Tuesday and the only run he allowed was a home run from Jose Siri. Later in the game, Peralta hit Siri in the sixth inning which was deemed an intentional act by the home plate umpire and led to his ejection, as well as Milwaukee manager Pat Murphy. Peralta will appeal the five-game suspension handed to him by Major League Baseball, while Murphy was given a two-game suspension which he is serving starting on Wednesday. Rotoworld 32 minutes ago
    • Abner Uribe suspended six games
Abner Uribe was suspended six games after a brawl with Jose Siri on Tuesday.

Advice: Uribe will reportedly appeal the six-game suspension. The 23-year-old swung at Jose Siri near first base in the eighth inning after the two players exchanged words. Uribe had to be held back by his own teammates and he was ultimately brought down to the dugout and ejected from the game. “There were some words shared that didn’t have much to do with the game that probably shouldn’t have been shared there in that exchange,” Uribe said.
