  • Michael Busch homers, drives in two in win
    Michael Busch went 2-for-4 with a home run and two RBI in Tuesday’s win over the Brewers.

    Advice: Busch got the scoring started for the Cubs in the third when he blasted a solo homer 434 feet to center field. The homer marked Busch’s eighth of the season and his first since May 7th.   • Pavin Smith doubles, drives in one in loss
    Pavin Smith went 1-for-2 with a double and an RBI in Tuesday’s loss to the Rangers.

    Advice: Smith doubled off Nathan Eovaldi in the second inning to drive in Christian Walker and give the Diamondbacks an early 1-0 lead. Smith has now tallied four hits in his last 13 at-bats and is well off the fantasy radar at this time. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:26 pm
     
  • Joey Meneses has three hits in loss to Braves
    Joey Meneses went 3-for-3 in a loss to the Braves on Tuesday.

    Advice: All three of Meneses’ hits were singles, but the 32-year-old is now 10-for-32 (.313) over his last eight games with a home run and three RBI. However, he was also on the bench on Monday against a right-handed pitcher with Lane Thomas back off the injured list, so it’s possible Menses is entering into a weak-side platoon situation that would destroy his fantasy value.   • Suffers bruised leg
    X-rays on Pasquantino's lower left leg came back negative after he collided with Byron Buxton during Tuesday's game against the Twins.

    Advice: Pasquantino had to come out of the game after taking a knee to the shin in the third inning, but he appears to have escaped the incident with no more than a bruise. The Royals are officially listing the 26-year-old first baseman as day-to-day, though he may sit out a game or two as a precaution. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 6:19 pm
     
  • X-rays negative on Vinnie Pasquantino’s leg
    X-rays came back negative on Vinnie Pasquantino’s left leg.

    Advice: Pasquantino is officially day-to-day with a lower left leg contusion. It’s a massive relief for the Royals, and fantasy managers, as the 26-year-old first baseman appears to have avoided serious injury following a collision with Twins center fielder Byron Buxton during Tuesday’s contest in Minnesota.   • Day off Tuesday
    Bohm isn't in the Phillies' lineup for Tuesday's game against San Francisco, Todd Zolecki of MLB.com reports.

  • J.D. Davis exits Tuesday after being hit by pitch
    J.D. Davis left Tuesday’s game against the Rays after being hit by a pitch.

    Pasquantino was removed from Tuesday's game against the Twins due to an apparent leg injury, Bobby Nightengale of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.

    Advice: Pasquantino came up limping after a collision with Byron Buxton, who was attempting to leg out an infield single during the third inning.
