• Swipes bag in Tuesday's start
Stubbs went 1-for-4 with a stolen base in Tuesday's 4-1 win over the Red Sox.

Advice: The 31-year-old got the start with J.T. Realmuto (knee) headed for an extended absence, and Stubbs took advantage by pilfering his career-high fourth bag of the season. While he's batting just .179 on the year, six of his 10 hits this season have come in his last five starts. Stubbs is expected to work on the strong side of a platoon with Rafael Marchan while Realmuto recovers from knee surgery that could keep him sidelined until the All-Star break. • Gabriel Moreno goes 3-for-5, doubles twice
Gabriel Moreno finished 3-for-5 with two doubles and two RBI against the Angels on Tuesday.

Advice: Both doubles left his bat at 106 mph. The second, hit 407 feet to center, would have been a homer in 18 ballparks. Moreno has been quite a disappointment this season, and it seems unlikely that he’ll wind up building on last year’s modest power numbers. Still, he should easily better his current .240 average the rest of the way. Rotoworld Yesterday, 11:49 pm
  • Homers off bench
Fermin hit a solo home run in Tuesday's 10-1 loss to the Yankees.

Advice: Fermin's blast in the eighth inning was the lone bright for the Royals in the blowout loss. The catcher has hit safely in his last seven games, going 7-for-20 (.350) with four RBI in that span. He doesn't see a lot of playing time, but with Salvador Perez getting more games at designated hitter or first base, there's been room for Fermin to play more often, especially versus southpaws. For the season, Fermin is slashing .300/.347/.409 with two homers, 13 RBI, 17 runs scored and six doubles over 118 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:46 pm
  • Will Smith goes 3-for-4, hits three-run homer
Will Smith went 3-for-4 with a three-run homer and a walk Tuesday as the Dodgers crushed the Rangers 14-2.

Advice: Smith started the game off right, hitting his homer in the bottom of the first. He later settled for a measly single when the Dodgers exploded for four homers and seven runs against Grant Anderson in the sixth inning; Shohei Ohtani, Freddie Freeman, Teoscar Hernández and Jason Heyward all went deep then. Smith is batting .296/.364/.509 with 10 homers, and he should be an easy choice to go to a second All-Star Game this summer. Rotoworld Yesterday, 11:24 pm

  • Launches first homer since April
Wells went 2-for-4 with a three-run home run during Tuesday's 10-1 win over the Royals.

Advice: Wells extended the Yankees' advantage to 6-0 in the fourth inning after he tagged Brady Singer for a three-run home run. The long ball was Wells' second of the campaign and his first since April 30. Wells has been splitting catching duties with Jose Trevino this season almost 50/50, though Trevino has been swinging the better bat thus far. Wells is slashing .211/.295/.325 with 14 runs and 10 RBI over 132 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:14 pm
  • Goes yard again
Soderstrom went 2-for-3 with a two-run home run and a walk in Tuesday's 4-3 loss to the Padres.

Advice: Soderstrom has homered in back-to-back games, giving him three long balls this season. He's also hit safely in five of his last six contests, going 6-for-17 (.353) in that span. The 22-year-old had struggled to get anything going earlier in the season, but he's now at a .222/.347/.413 slash line with three homers, eight RBI and five runs scored over 75 plate appearances. He appears to have leapfrogged J.D. Davis for the starting role at first base, though Soderstrom would still have the advantage if it ultimately becomes a platoon situation. • Delivers walk-off homer
Higashioka went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk in Tuesday's 4-3 win over the Athletics.

Advice: Higashioka came up clutch, taking Scott Alexander deep for a walk-off homer in the ninth inning. This was Higashioka's fourth homer in his last five games, all of which have been of the solo variety. The catcher is up to a .188/.212/.453 slash line with five long balls, seven RBI and seven runs scored across 66 plate appearances. He could continue to challenge Luis Campusano for playing time, but Higashioka is more likely to remain in a backup role. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:03 pm
  • Three-hit effort Tuesday
Lee went 3-for-4 with a stolen base in Tuesday's 4-3 loss to the Mariners.

Advice: Lee sat out games Saturday and Sunday after beginning June 2-for-22, but he's responded well since the White Sox landed in Seattle. He's 4-for-8 over the first two games of the series versus the Mariners. Lee is up to a .258/.291/.391 slash line with five steals, five home runs, 16 RBI and 14 runs scored across 158 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:50 pm
  • Logan O’Hoppe (groin) listed as day-to-day
Logan O’Hoppe said a major injury has been ruled out after he took a foul ball to the groin area during Tuesday’s game.

Advice: O’Hoppe was still hurting after the game, but it sounds like there’s a chance he could be ready to go on Wednesday. If not, Matt Thaiss will start. Rotoworld Yesterday, 10:26 pm
