• Dean Kremer dominates Reds on Sunday
Dean Kremer threw six shutout innings against the Reds on Sunday, allowing one hit while striking out six.

Advice: It was a masterful performance. Kremer posted a 33 percent CSW and 37 percent whiff rate, highlighted by seven whiffs on 13 swings on his four-seam fastball. Kremer leaned heavily on the cutter on Sunday and danced around the zone, throwing less than 50 percent of pitches in the strike zone, but he got the Reds to chase. Kremer now has a 3.57 ERA on the year and can certainly be started next week against the Diamondbacks. Rotoworld 32 minutes ago

  • Two hits, including homer in win
Devers went 2-for-5 with a two-run home run and two runs scored in Sunday's 9-2 win over the Twins.

Advice: After opening the game 0-for-3, Devers singled and later came around to score in the top of the eighth inning before launching a two-run home run off Jay Jackson in the following frame. The long ball was his fourth of the season and his first in 10 games. Since returning from a bone bruise in his left knee April 24, Devers has batted .415 with two homers, seven RBI and eight runs scored over 41 at-bats in 11 contests. Rotowire.com 33 minutes ago

  • Ohtani has four hits, two HR in win over ATL
Shohei Ohtani went 4-for-4 with two home runs, three RBI and two runs scored in a 5-1 win over the Braves on Sunday.

Advice: This guy is pretty good. Ohtani got things started in the first inning with a 412-foot two-run shot off of Max Fried and then absolutely annihilated a 464-foot solo homer in the eighth inning that left the bat at 110.6 mph. Ohtani now has 10 home runs and 25 RBI on the season. There’s not much you can do if you don’t already have him on your team, but you can admire the talent. Rotoworld 38 minutes ago

  • Effective against Minnesota
Criswell pitched 4.1 innings, allowing one run on five hits and a walk while striking out five batters in Sunday's 9-2 win over the Twins. He did not factor into the decision.

Advice: Criswell was once again effective Sunday, limiting the damage against him to just a solo home run by Ryan Jeffers in the bottom of the third inning. The right-hander allowed a double to Carlos Santana to open the bottom of the fifth inning and was ultimately removed from the game after getting Jose Miranda to pop out in the following at-bat, which prevented him from qualifying for the win. Criswell now owns a 1.74 ERA and 1.06 WHIP with 16 strikeouts over 20.2 innings in five appearances this season, including four starts. He is tentatively set to return to the mound Saturday at home versus the Nationals. Rotowire.com 45 minutes ago

  • Slams door for 11th save
Finnegan walked one batter during one scoreless inning to pick up the save Sunday against the Blue Jays.

Advice: Finnegan has not allowed an earned run over his last 13 appearances and converted his 10th straight save opportunity for the surprising Nationals, who moved to .500 on the season with the win. Finnegan now carries a 1.88 ERA and 0.91 WHIP with his 11 total saves matching Clay Holmes and Ryan Helsley for the major league lead in that department. Rotowire.com 45 minutes ago
  • Blake Treinen has highest leverage role on Sunday
Blake Treinen pitched a scoreless eighth inning with one strikeout against the Braves on Sunday.

Advice: The performance is of note because Treinen was tasked with facing Ronald Acuna Jr. and Ozzie Albies with the Dodgers up 4-1 in the eighth inning. He retired both on a combined five pitches. With Evan Phillips on the injured list with a hamstring injury, it’s possible Treinen could emerge as at least part of the closer committee. It was presumed that Daniel Hudson would lead the pack, but he didn’t pitch at all in this game despite not pitching since Friday. He could have been held back for the save, but it’s meaningful to note the hitters Treinen was tasked with getting out; he clearly has Dave Roberts’ trust. Rotoworld 46 minutes ago

  • Ozuna has two hits, HR in loss to Dodgers
Marcell Ozuna went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in a loss to the Dodgers on Sunday.

Advice: Ozuna’s home run was a 373 shot at 104.3 mph off the bat. It was the Braves’ only extra-base hit of the night. Ozuna now has 10 home runs and 33 RBI on the season while slashing .306/.382/.603 and has been the team’s best hitter this season. Rotoworld 51 minutes ago

  • Walks it off against NYM
DeLuca went 2-for-4 with a two-RBI triple, an additional run scored and an additional RBI during Sunday's 7-6 win over the Mets in 10 innings.

Advice: DeLuca delivered in the 10th inning, notching his first career triple and plating Jose Caballero and Ben Rortvedt to secure a Rays victory. In three games since being reinstated from the 10-day IL, DeLuca is 3-for-11 (.273) with six RBI, two runs scored and two stolen bases. Rotowire.com 51 minutes ago
