This makes back-to-back starts where Castillo hasn’t had his best stuff, but he was able to battle to hold powerful lineups in the Yankees and Orioles in check.       Advice: This felt inevitable after the Padres traded for Luis Arraez, who is a well below-average defensive second baseman.
