    • Sitting against left-hander
Busch is absent from the lineup for Tuesday's game against Atlanta.

Advice: Southpaw Chris Sale is getting the start for Atlanta, so the left-handed hitting Busch will be given a day off. Cody Bellinger will get the start at first base, while Pete Crow-Armstrong will patrol center field. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 1:54 pm

    • Taking seat Sunday
Busch is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Pirates.

Advice: The lefty-hitting Busch had started each of the Cubs' first 10 games of May and the Pirates are bringing a lefty (Bailey Falter) to the hill Sunday, so Cubs manager Craig Counsell likely viewed it as an optimal time to give the 26-year-old the day off. Patrick Wisdom will check in for Busch at first base and bat fifth. Rotowire.com Sunday, 8:43 am

Michael Busch is not in the lineup for Sunday’s tilt against the Pirates.

Advice: Busch will get a break against left-hander Bailey Falter and the Pirates for Sunday’s finale. Patrick Wisdom will instead start at first and hit cleanup against Falter and the Bucs. Rotoworld Sunday, 7:52 am

    • Sitting against another righty
Senzel is out of Saturday's lineup against the Red Sox.

Advice: He will sit for a second day in a row with the Nationals facing a right-handed starting pitcher, and on both occasions Victor Robles has picked up the start in the outfield with Jesse Winker sliding to designated hitter. Senzel is hitting .214 with a 42.4 percent strikeout rate in 28 at-bats this month. Rotowire.com Saturday, 10:34 am

    • Not in Friday's lineup
Senzel is not in the lineup for Friday's game in Boston.

Advice: Senzel closed out April with a power surge, but the strikeouts have piled up on him in May, as he's whiffed at a 42.4 percent rate in seven contests. He'll get a day off to regroup. Jesse Winker will be the Nationals' designated hitter Friday, while Eddie Rosario will hold down left field. Rotowire.com Friday, 12:55 pm

    • Deliver walk-off homer Tuesday
Busch went 2-for-4 with a walk-off solo home run in Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Padres.

Advice: Busch's seventh home run of the season was his biggest to date, as he took Enyel De Los Santos deep in the bottom of the ninth inning to lift the Cubs to victory. The slugging first baseman has been solid with an .816 OPS across 35 games, and his seven long balls are second on the team. Busch will likely continue to sit against lefty starters, but he's an impact bat against righties. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 7:55 pm

    • Michael Busch hits walk-off homer vs. Padres
Michael Busch went 2-for-4 with a walk-off homer in Tuesday’s win over the Padres.

Advice: The Cubs held a 1-0 lead throughout most of this one, but a two-run homer by Jurickson Profar in the eighth gave the Padres the 2-1 advantage and put Shota Imanaga on the hook for his first loss of the season. Fortunately for Imanaga, a sacrifice fly by Christopher Morel in the bottom of the eighth inning put the Cubs in position to win it in the final frame. Busch made short work of the opportunity, hitting a leadoff homer to right off the first pitch of the inning from Enyel De Los Santos to give the Cubs the 3-2 win. It was Busch’s seventh homer of the season, as the first baseman continues to shine in his first full year of big league play. Rotoworld Tuesday, 7:34 pm
