      Bryson Stott, who didn’t start Monday, went 0-for-4 in the loss to the Giants on Tuesday.

      Advice: Stott has run extremely hot and cold this season, posting a .559 OPS over his first 25 games and a 1.242 OPS over his subsequent 18 games. Now he’s back in another drought, having gone 2-for-28 in his last eight games. The good news is that he’s struck out just three times during that span.       Advice: Freeman led the game off with a double and scored the first run. He later knocked an RBI single in the second inning and added another double in the ninth. It was his first multi-hit game since going 4-for-4 on May 18. Freeman boosted his slash line to .228/.324/.370 with 15 extra-base hits and 31 runs scored through 189 plate appearances.       Tyler Freeman went 3-for-5 and doubled twice as the Guardians’ leadoff man Monday against the Rockies.

      Advice: Freeman won’t be spending much time in the leadoff spot after Steven Kwan comes off the IL, but he looks like a lineup fixture right now.
