      Logan Webb gave up four runs over seven innings on Saturday in a loss to the Yankees.

      Advice: Webb fell behind right away in this one when he served up a colossal two-run homer to Aaron Judge in the opening frame. He was tagged for a pair of additional runs in the third inning, but managed to escape further damage, and wound up still completing seven frames to spare San Francisco’s bullpen. He struck out six and only handed out one free pass. The 27-year-old workhorse will carry a strong 2.95 ERA, 1.25 WHIP and 67/20 K/BB ratio across 79 1/3 innings (13 starts) into a challenging road matchup on Friday against the Rangers.       Webb (4-5) allowed four runs on seven hits and a walk while striking out six over seven innings, taking the loss Saturday versus the Yankees.

      Advice: Webb gave up a pair of runs in the first and third innings, but he was able to eat innings despite the loss. He threw 74 of 108 pitches for strikes, though this ended his run of four straight quality starts. Webb is at a 2.95 ERA, 1.25 WHIP and 67:20 K:BB over 79.1 innings across 13 starts this season. After posting a 1.3 BB/9 last year, his walk rate has risen to 2.3 this year, which is in line with previous seasons. Webb is projected to make his next start on the road versus the Rangers.       Abreu went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Saturday's 5-2 win against the Twins.

      Advice: Abreu took Minnesota starter Joe Ryan deep in the second inning for his first long ball of the campaign. It's been a rough season for the veteran first baseman, as he's slashing a meager .119/.167/.167 through 90 plate appearances. Abreu has been a bit better since returning to the big club May 27 following a demotion to the minors, going 3-for-13 (albeit with six strikeouts) over five games.       Alec Bohm went 2-for-4 with a run scored, a double and two RBI against the Cardinals on Saturday.

      Ha-Seong Kim doubled and tripled while driving in three runs in a victory over the Royals on Saturday.

      Advice: All three runs came on a double, and it gave the Padres a 6-3 lead. The triple showed off Kim’s impressive speed, and it was already the third three-bagger of the year.       Kim went 2-for-4 with a double, a triple, three RBI and a run scored in Saturday's 7-3 win over the Royals.

      Advice: Kim led off the third inning with a triple before coming around to score on a Luis Arraez sacrifice fly. He'd then provide what proved to be the game-deciding hit in the fourth, driving in three runs with a base-clearing double to put the Padres ahead 5-3. Kim's now 4-for-10 with three extra-base hits in his last three games.     • Bryan Woo (arm) likely to make next start vs. A’s
      Mariners manager Scott Servais said late Friday that Bryan Woo (arm) is expected to make his next start.

      Advice: Servais told reporters Woo was lifted after just 66 pitches since he’s been dealing with some “arm-stuff” and didn’t throw his usual between-starts bullpen session earlier this week. No word on the specific issue Woo is dealing with, but it doesn’t sound serious. It appears likely Seattle is merely exercising some caution with the 24-year-old righty, who has been phenomenal when healthy this season, but there’s zero indication that he’ll miss his next start on Thursday against the Athletics.
