    • GIo Urshela doubles, plates three in rout
Gio Urshela went 2-for-5 with three RBI in a blowout victory for the Tigers on Thursday over the Guardians.

Advice: All three RBI came on a double with the bases loaded to give the Tigers a 10-1 lead. The 32-year-old has provided some value for the Tigers because of his positional versatility, but a line of .257/..296/.336 doesn’t provide the same kind of value for fantasy players. • Resting Thursday
Walls isn't in the Rays' lineup Thursday versus the Yankees, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Advice: After going 2-for-3 during Wednesday's loss, Walls will take a seat for Thursday's series finale against Nestor Cortes. Jose Caballero will get the nod to start at shortstop instead. Rotowire.com Thursday, 12:24 pm

    • Feeling ill Thursday
Iglesias is out of the lineup for Thursday's game against the Nationals due to an illness, Steve Gelbs of SportsNet New York reports.

Advice: Though he had been expected to start Thursday against southpaw MacKenzie Gore, the right-handed-hitting Iglesias apparently felt ill during Wednesday's 6-2 win and required an IV after cramping up following the game. Iglesias is apparently still feeling under the weather Thursday, so the Mets will let him rest in the series finale while Jeff McNeil steps in at second base. Rotowire.com Thursday, 10:11 am

    • Hitting bench Thursday
Iglesias is out of the lineup for Thursday's game against the Nationals, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.

Advice: Though he'll hit the bench Thursday, Iglesias seems to have pushed his way into a near-everyday role in the New York infield. He had started in five of the previous six games, and he turned in another strong performance in Wednesday's 6-2 win, going 3-for-4 with a double, two RBI and two runs. Jeff McNeil will cover second base Thursday, but McNeil could end up seeing more time in the corner outfield if the Mets want to continue opening up regular playing time in the infield for Iglesias. • Elly De La Cruz getting day off on Thursday
Elly De La Cruz is not in the Reds’ lineup on Thursday.

Advice: It’s a routine day off for Elly and just his second of the season. Santiago Espinal will start in his place at shortstop. Since May 1st, Elly is hitting .238/.324/.418 in 63 games with a 31.4 percent strikeout rate. Of course, he also has 27 stolen bases and seven home runs to go along with it, which keeps him a must-start player in all fantasy leagues. Rotoworld Thursday, 7:44 am

    • Getting rare day off
De La Cruz is out of the lineup for Thursday's game against the Rockies.

Advice: For just the second time all season, De La Cruz will will hit the bench. According to Charlie Goldsmith of The Cincinnati Enquirer, De La Cruz's absence isn't related to the hand injury he's been managing recently; instead, the 22-year-old is just getting a well-overdue afternoon off while Cincinnati wraps up its series with Colorado with a day game after a night game. De La Cruz won't have much of a chance to catch his breath during the upcoming week while he makes his first All-Star Game appearance next Tuesday in Texas, so the Reds presumably wanted to build in some extra rest for him heading into the Midsummer Classic. Santiago Espinal will step in at shortstop for De La Cruz on Thursday. Rotowire.com Thursday, 7:31 am

    • Three hits in return to lineup
Perdomo went 3-for-3 with two doubles, an RBI and two runs scored in Wednesday's 7-5 win over Atlanta.

Advice: Perdomo, who was given Tuesday off, returned to the lineup Wednesday and extended a hit streak to five games. He's hit safely in eight of the last nine contests, going 12-for-34 (.353) with three doubles, a triple, five RBI and eight runs scored during that stretch. Rotowire.com Thursday, 4:13 am

    • Goes deep in win
Suarez went 2-for-4 with a double, a home run, three RBI and an additional run scored in Wednesday's 7-5 win over Atlanta.

Advice: Suarez launched a no-doubt, two-run home run to left field in the second inning to tie the game. He later delivered a run with a seventh-inning double. It's a small sample size, but Suarez may be emerging from a season-long slump. He was batting .192 with a .584 OPS as recently as June 23, but the third baseman has posted a .298 average and .942 OPS in the 14 games since, including two home runs and nine RBI over the last four contests. • Collects three hits in victory
Iglesias went 3-for-4 with a double, two runs and two RBI in Wednesday's 6-2 win against Washington.

Advice: Iglesias had been running cold in July coming into Wednesday, batting .185 (5-for-27) over eight contests. However, he's continued to start on a consistent basis, as he's been in the lineup -- primarily at second base -- in five of the Mets' past six contests. That certainly paid off for the team Wednesday, as Iglesias collected three hits, including a tiebreaking two-run single in the sixth frame. The veteran infielder is batting a robust .338 on the campaign, albeit with just one homer and one steal over 27 games. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 10:50 pm
