• Back in big leagues
The Dodgers recalled Feyereisen from Triple-A Oklahoma City on Sunday.

Advice: Feyereisen and right-hander Michael Petersen will join the Los Angeles bullpen for the series finale versus the Royals, providing the club with some much-needed fresh arms in the bullpen after five Dodgers relievers covered the final seven innings of Saturday's 7-2 loss. Over his nine appearances with the Dodgers this season, Feyereisen has submitted a 6.00 ERA and 1.33 WHIP. Rotowire.com Today, 12:30 pm
  • Joe Kelly (shoulder) moved to 60-day injured list
Dodgers transferred Joe Kelly from the 15-day injured list to the 60-day injured list.

Advice: Kelly, 36, will not be eligible to return to the Dodgers now until July 6. The move clears a spot on the 40-man roster for Michael Petersen. Kelly is likely back around the All-Star break based on how his rehab is currently progressing. Rotoworld Today, 12:16 pm

  • Dodgers recall J.P. Feyereisen from Oklahoma City
Dodgers recalled RHP J.P. Feyereisen from Triple-A Oklahoma City.

Advice: Feyereisen is up with Yoshinobu Yamamoto (triceps) officially placed on the injured list. Feyereisen has made the trip from OKC to Los Angeles a few times, and will likely be a middle-relief option in this stint. Rotoworld Today, 12:12 pm
  • Michael Grove (lat) heading to injured list
Dodgers placed RHP Michael Grove on the 15-day injured list with a right intercostal strain.

Advice: Grove joins Yoshinobu Yamamoto (triceps) on the injured list prior to Sunday’s finale against the Royals. Grove will be out at least two weeks, but a more firm timetable should be provided in the coming days. Rotoworld Today, 11:54 am

  • IL bound with arm injury
The Dodgers placed Yamamoto (triceps) on the 15-day injured list Sunday.

Advice: Yamamoto struck out a batter over two scoreless innings before he was lifted from his start in Saturday's 7-2 loss to the Royals after he had experienced tightness in his right tricep while warming up prior to the game. Roberts hinted after the game that Yamamoto was likely to land on the IL, and the Dodgers have made the move official prior to Sunday's series finale. According to David Vassegh of AM 570 LA Sports, Roberts suggested that Yamamoto will be sent in for further testing Sunday before an official diagnosis for the injury and a timeline for his return is provided. • Beginning rehab assignment
Sborz (shoulder) will begin a rehab assignment with Triple-A Round Rock on Sunday, Evan Grant of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Advice: A right rotator cuff strain put Sborz on the injured list May 9, but he made it through live BP earlier this week and has since gained clearance to start up a rehab assignment. Sborz compiled a win and three holds in seven appearances before going down. He should slot back into a fairly prominent role in the Rangers' bullpen when ready, though not quite at the back end. • Gerrit Cole could start Wednesday against Orioles
Gerrit Cole (elbow) could make his season debut Wednesday against the Orioles.

Advice: The Yankees announced their rotation for the series against Baltimore. Kind of. Tuesday’s starter will be Nestor Cortes, and Thursday will be Luis Gil. Wednesday has a TBD by it, and it seems possible — if not probable — that it’ll be Cole returning to the rotation. The 2023 Cy Young winner has looked the part in his rehab starts, and while there could be some precautions taken, there’s every reason to believe he’ll be just as fantasy relevant over these three-plus months of 2024. • Bumped from 40-man roster
Tinoco was designated for assignment by the Rangers on Sunday, Evan Grant of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Advice: Cole Winn was summoned to replace Tinoco, who will now be subjected to waivers. Tinoco did himself no favors with multiple walks in each of his final three appearances before this move. The 29-year-old righty has posted a 4.58 ERA and 1.49 WHIP in 76.2 career innings over parts of five big-league seasons. Rotowire.com Today, 10:26 am
  • Recalled from Triple-A
Winn was recalled from Triple-A Round Rock on Sunday, Evan Grant of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Advice: Winn will return to provide depth to a bullpen that was needed for six innings behind Nathan Eovaldi on Saturday. Jesus Tinoco was designated for assignment to make room for Winn, who has posted a 6.91 ERA, 1.12 WHIP and 12:3 K:BB in 11 appearances (14.1 innings) for the Rangers so far this season.
