    • Four hits in walk-off win
Castellanos went 4-for-5 with a pair of doubles, an RBI and a run scored in Tuesday's 4-3 win over the Padres.

Advice: Castellanos capped Philadelphia's comeback victory in the bottom of the ninth inning, poking a ground-rule double down the right-field line, his second double and fourth hit of the game, to drive in Alec Bohm with the winning run. Castellanos is now 6-for-9 with four doubles in his last two games after going 0-for-14 in his previous three contests. Overall, he's slashing .219/.275/.371 on the year with nine homers, 31 RBI and 37 runs scored across 306 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 9:41 pm

    • Heyward, Hernández fuel seven-run Dodgers comeback
Teoscar Hernández hit a three-run homer in the top of the ninth to propel the Dodgers to an 11-9 win over the Rockies on Tuesday.

Advice: The Dodgers also got a grand slam from Jason Heyward in scoring seven runs in the ninth. Hernández very well could have struck out to the game on the pitch prior to his homer, but he was given a reprieve by Lance Barksdale on a very close check-swing call. It was Hernández’s 18th homer of the year. He’s sixth in MLB with 54 RBI. Rotoworld Tuesday, 9:20 pm
    • Castellanos has big game-winning hit
Nick Castellanos went 4-for-5 with a game-winning double in a 4-3 win over the Padres on Tuesday.

Advice: Castellanos came to the plate in a tie game in the ninth inning and blooped in a 78 mph double just beyond a sliding Fernando Tatis Jr. in right field. It was a much-needed big game for the veteran, who was hitting .203 in 14 games in June and is now hitting just .219 overall on the season. Castellanos is making more contact and striking out less this season, but he’s making less authoritative contact and really struggling to hit anything other than fastballs with a .134 AVG and .208 wOBA against off-speed pitches. He’ll continue to play regularly and hit in the middle of the Phillies’ lineup, but there aren’t many signs of a full-on bounceback here. Rotoworld Tuesday, 7:54 pm

    • Without return timeline
Trout (knee) said Tuesday that his recovery from meniscus surgery has gone slower than expected and that he's without an official timetable for return, Sam Blum of The Athleticreports.

Advice: The 32-year-old underwent the procedure to repair a torn meniscus in early May and has yet to start up a running program. Trout is currently trying to find exercises that allow him to progress with minimal soreness, so he doesn't appear particularly close to baseball work. Barring a significant improvement in the near future, Trout seems likely to be sidelined well beyond the All-Star break in mid-July. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 4:09 pm

    • Mike Trout (knee) remains without return timeline
Mike Trout (knee) told reporters Tuesday that he hasn’t resumed running and remains without a definitive return timeline.

Advice: Trout added that his recovery from last month’s surgery to repair a meniscus tear in his left knee has been progressing slower than he wants, which doesn’t exactly inspire confidence that he’ll make it back at any point in the near future. The 32-year-old generational talent is roughly six weeks removed from the procedure and there isn’t any sort of timeline for his potential return at this juncture. Rotoworld Tuesday, 2:41 pm

    • Homers twice in win
Schwarber went 2-for-3 with a pair of two-run homers and two walks in Monday's 9-2 win over the Padres.

Advice: The veteran slugger got the scoring started for the Phillies in the third inning with a two-run blast off Randy Vasquez and later added another two-run homer off Adrian Morejon in the sixth. It was Schwarber's second multi-HR game this season and the 28th of his career. Schwarber batted .179 in his first seven games of June, but he's found his power stroke of late with five homers over his last seven contests. He's boosted his slash line to a season-best .253/.373/.457, and his 16 home runs are tied for fourth most in the National League. Rotowire.com Monday, 6:46 pm

    • Kyle Schwarber homers twice, Phillies rout Padres
Kyle Schwarber launched a pair of two-run homers on Monday, leading the Phillies to a 9-2 blowout victory over the Padres.

Advice: Schwarber went deep off Padres starter Randy Vásquez deep in the third inning before taking reliever Adrian Morejon out a couple frames later to record his third multi-homer performance of the season. It’s the second time in the last week that he’s accomplished the feat. The 31-year-old slugger is up to 16 round-trippers on the year and is on pace to eclipse the 40-homer plateau for the third straight campaign. Rotoworld Monday, 6:34 pm

    • Dodgers expect Betts (hand) to miss 6-8 weeks
The Dodgers’ current guess is that Mookie Betts will miss 6-8 weeks with a fractured left hand.

Advice: Sounds about right. The Dodgers will mostly go with Miguel Rojas at shortstop for now; manager Dave Roberts said he’d start three of the four games in Colorado this week. Enrique Hernández figures to get the nod in the other. Rotoworld Monday, 5:23 pm

    • Likely to miss 6-to-8 weeks
Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said Monday that the expectation is Betts (wrist) will be sidelined 6-to-8 weeks, Juan Toribio of MLB.com reports.

Advice: The timeline is a rough estimate, as Roberts noted that much will depend on how Betts' fractured left wrist heals in the coming weeks. If Roberts' suggested timetable holds true, that means Betts will be out at least until late July. Miguel Rojas is expected to be the Dodgers' regular shortstop while Betts is on the shelf.
