    • De La Cruz has three hits, home run against Boston
Elly De La Cruz went 3-for-5 with a solo home run against the Red Sox on Saturday.

Advice: De La Cruz’ home run was his 13th. He blasted a solo shot off Red Sox starter Nick Pivetta in the third inning. On the bases, he was held without a stolen base, though it wasn’t for lack of trying. De La Cruz was both caught stealing and picked off. He remains stuck on 37 stolen bases entering play Sunday. • Carlos Correa picks up three knocks in victory
Carlos Correa went 3-for-6 with an RBI and run scored in a blowout win over the Athletics on Saturday.

Advice: Correa had three of the Twins’ 16 hits on a day where Minnesota dominated from start to finish. The 29-year-old has been spectacular in the month of June, and this makes six games with at least three hits in that period. A .308/.369/.498 slash is fantastic, but Correa has somehow been considerably better as of late than that line suggests. Rotoworld Today, 4:02 pm

    • Sitting Sunday, MRI Monday
Marte (knee) won't play in Sunday's game against the Cubs and will receive an MRI on Monday, Mike Puma of the New York Post reports.

Advice: Marte was removed from Saturday's game with right knee soreness, an issue that's lingered throughout June. The Mets will give Marte a day to rest before undergoing imaging on Monday's team day off to see if there's any structural damage. Rotowire.com Today, 2:06 pm

    • Michael Conforto drives in three runs in loss
Michael Conforto went 2-for-4 with three RBI on Saturday in the Giants’ loss to the Cardinals.

Advice: Conforto was one of the few bright spots for San Francisco on Saturday afternoon in a one-sided affair at Busch Stadium. He extended the Giants’ early lead with a two-run single off Cardinals starter Miles Mikolas in the opening frame before tacking on an RBI double a couple innings later. The 31-year-old corner outfielder has been productive this season, when healthy, with eight homers and 25 RBI through 54 games. Rotoworld Today, 2:02 pm
    • Exits game with right knee injury
Marte left Saturday's game against the Cubs due to a sore right knee, Abbey Mastracco of the New York Daily News reports.

Advice: Marte left after the first inning of Friday's game and was replaced by Tyrone Taylor in center field. It's the same knee that has been sore for Marte over the last few weeks, and the Mets should provide some clarity on the severity of the injury following Saturday's game. • Starling Marte leaves game with knee soreness
Starling Marte was removed from Saturday’s game against the Cubs with right knee soreness.

Advice: MLB.com’s Anthony DiComo adds that Marte has been battling a right knee issue for the past couple weeks. There should be an update on his status at some point in the near future, but it wouldn’t be surprising to see him get a few days off moving forward in an effort to hopefully put the ongoing issue to bed. • Starting assignment Sunday
Wade (hamstring) will begin a rehab assignment with Triple-A Sacramento on Sunday, Maria I. Guardado of MLB.com reports.

Advice: Wade has been on the injured list since the end of May due to a Grade 2 left hamstring strain. San Francisco has not yet said how long Wade will remain in the minors, but considering he has been sidelined for nearly a month, it's likely he'll need to play a handful of games with the River Cats before rejoining the big-league club. • Recalled from Sacramento
The Giants recalled Matos from Triple-A Sacramento on Saturday, Shayna Rubin of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Advice: With Mike Yastrzemski (oblique) headed to the IL, Matos will return to San Francisco in order to help replenish the Giants' outfield depth. The 22-year-old has slashed just .224/.247/.329 with 20 RBI across 89 plate appearances during his time in the big leagues, and he'll likely head back to Triple-A once Yastrzemski recovers. • Giants recall outfielder Luis Matos on Saturday
Giants recalled OF Luis Matos from Triple-A Sacramento.

Advice: Matos gets the call to rejoin San Francisco’s crowded outfield mix with Mike Yastrzemski hitting the injured list with an oblique strain. The 22-year-old former top prospect was ostensibly beaten out by Heliot Ramos for the starting center field job a couple weeks ago and figures to play sparingly moving forward.
