      Advice: We’re still not sure what’s gotten into Profar, but he’s hitting the ball harder than ever and he’s currently boasting a .354 BABIP that’s nearly 90 points better than his career mark. Smith has gone 13-for-43 (.302) with two steals over his last 12 contests. During that stretch, Smith has been promoted to the No. 3 spot in the order.       Advice: Phillies manager Rob Thomson told reporters late Monday that Bohm is dealing with a few lingering physical issues, so it doesn’t come as a surprise that he’s getting a rare night off to rest and recover. The 27-year-old infielder is off to the best season of his career so far with a robust .862 OPS with five homers and a National League-leading 47 RBI through 54 contests.       Nationals activated OF Lane Thomas from the 10-day injured list.

      Advice: Thomas has been on the IL for just over a month with a knee injury. The 28-year-old was tremendous in 2023 but has gotten off to a brutal start in 2024 with a .184/.250/.253 slash line in 22 games. He will remain a fixture in the Nationals’ lineup and should turn things around in the coming weeks. While he may not reach the highs of 2023, he remains a quality MLB outfielder and his 11 steals on the season signal the type of fantasy upside he has.
