    • Homers again Wednesday
Lewis went 3-for-4 with a solo home run and a walk in an extra-inning loss to the Rays on Wednesday.

Advice: Lewis racked up three of the Twins' nine hits and accounted for their final run of the contest with a solo shot to left field in the fifth inning. The 25-year-old third baseman continues to swing a potent bat, as he's gone deep eight times across just 57 plate appearances this season. He doesn't have nearly enough plate appearances to qualify, but Lewis' .848 slugging percentage on the season would lead MLB by a wide margin if he did. Rotowire.com 47 minutes ago

    • Brenton Doyle brings home winning run vs. Dodgers
Brenton Doyle went 0-for-3 with two RBI against the Dodgers on Wednesday.

Advice: Doyle went hitless on Wednesday, but still had two of the Rockies’ biggest at-bats. He brought in the tying run in the seventh inning with a sacrifice fly. With the game still tied in the bottom of the ninth, he brought the winning run in to score with his second sacrifice fly. The 26-year-old outfielder is hitting a solid .271/.337/.402 with six homers, 43 runs scored, 23 RBI, and 18 steals across 283 plate appearances. Rotoworld Today, 8:24 pm

    • Royce Lewis homers again in loss to Rays
Royce Lewis clubbed his eighth home run of the season on Wednesday night, but it wasn’t enough for the Twins to overcome the Rays in extra innings.

Advice: The 25-year-old superstar did his damage in the fifth inning, tagging Taj Bradley for a 410-foot (108.7 mph EV) solo shot that gave the Twins a 2-1 advantage. That would wind up being the extent of their offense. He also singled twice in the ballgame, finishing the night 3-for-4. On the season, he’s slashing an absurd .380/.439/.900 to go along with the eight homers and 12 RBI in just 56 plate appearances. Rotoworld Today, 7:57 pm

    • Goes deep again
Swanson went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and two additional RBI in Wednesday's 6-5 win over the Giants.

Advice: Swanson went deep for the second straight game against San Francisco, giving him eight home runs for the season. The shortstop is still off to a sluggish start overall with a .214 average and .660 OPS across 64 contests, though his recent form is indicative of the type of upside that Swanson possesses, giving him plenty of fantasy appeal moving forward. • Dansby Swanson has two hits, homers in victory
Dansby Swanson went 2-for-4 with a solo homer and three RBI on Wednesday, leading the Cubs to a 6-5 victory over the Giants.

Advice: Swanson went back-to-back with Ian Happ in the fourth inning and also added a pivotal two-run single in the seventh inning, which wound up being just enough for Chicago to edge San Francisco. The 30-year-old shortstop has homered in back-to-back games after going without a round-tripper since June 7. Rotoworld Today, 3:37 pm

    • Settles for no-decision Wednesday
Suarez came away with a no-decision in Wednesday's 5-2 loss to the Padres, allowing one run on six hits over six innings. He struck out four without walking a batter.

Advice: The lefty was sharp as he delivered his 10th quality start of the season, firing 67 of 94 pitches for strikes, but he was locked in a pitchers' duel with Matt Waldron until the Phillies' bullpen and defense faltered after Suarez left the mound. The 28-year-old will take a 1.75 ERA, 0.89 WHIP and 95:19 K:BB through 92.1 innings into his next outing, which is scheduled to come on the road early next week in Detroit. • Ranger Suárez keeps rolling Wednesday vs. Padres
Ranger Suárez gave up one run over six innings on Wednesday in a no-decision against the Padres.

Advice: Suárez rolled out his entire five-pitch arsenal on a scorching-hot, 87-degree Wednesday afternoon at Citizens Bank Park, limiting San Diego’s strong lineup to just a second-inning solo shot by rookie Jackson Merrill over six frames of work. He struck out four and didn’t hand out a free pass. The 28-year-old southpaw appears to be on the precipice of his first All-Star game selection as he’s allowed three earned runs or fewer in all but one of his 15 starts so far. He’ll carry a sparkling 1.75 ERA, 0.89 WHIP and 95/19 K/BB ratio across 92 1/3 innings (15 starts) into a favorable road tilt on Tuesday against the Tigers. Rotoworld Today, 12:47 pm

    • Dansby Swanson homers in win over Giants
Dansby Swanson hit a two-run homer on Tuesday, leading the Cubs to a 5-2 victory over the Giants.

Advice: Swanson kicked off the scoring in this one with a two-run blast off Giants ace Logan Webb in the second inning. It was his seventh long ball of the year, but third time he’s gone deep since June 1. He’s batting just .192 (20-for-104) with four homers and one steal over his last 30 games. • Homers in four-hit effort
Doyle went 4-for-5 with a solo home run, an additional RBI and two total runs scored in Tuesday's 11-9 loss to the Dodgers.

Advice: The homer was Doyle's first since May 15, and it was also his first extra-base hit since June 3. While he hasn't hit for much power, the outfielder has been sharp at the plate and adds speed on the bases. He's up to a .274/.342/.407 slash line with six homers, 21 RBI, 43 runs scored, 18 stolen bases, 11 doubles and two triples through 69 contests. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:39 pm
