    • Steals home, goes yard
Duran went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and a steal of home plate during Tuesday's 5-2 win over the Rays.

Advice: The Red Sox executed a first-and-third double steal perfectly in the eighth inning, as the throw to second to catch Rafael Devers stealing was cut off early and the subsequent throw to home wasn't in time to tag the speedy Duran. Duran has hit safely in seven straight games, batting 10-for-27 (.370) with a pair of triples, solo home runs and stolen bases during that stretch. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 9:45 pm
    • Jarren Duran homers, steals home vs. Rays
Jarren Duran went 1-for-3 with a home run and two runs scored in Tuesday’s win over the Rays.

Advice: Duran hit his third homer of the season in the sixth inning to tie the game at 2-2. In the top of the eighth inning, Durran caught the defense sleeping when he stole home after Rays catcher Ben Rortvedt threw down to second to try and catch Rafael Devers stealing. The Red Sox left fielder has now hit safely in seven straight games and is hitting .278 in the month of May.

    • Homers in win
Rafaela went 1-for-3 with a home run and two RBI in Monday's 5-0 win over the Rays.

Advice: Rafaela's two-run shot in the fifth inning was his fifth of the season and snapped an 0-for-16 skid. There have been several skids for Rafaela during his first full season in the majors; the 23-year-old is batting just .195 through 47 games. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 3:38 am

    • Ceddanne Rafaela goes deep in win over Rays
Ceddanne Rafaela belted a two-run homer on Monday in the Red Sox’ win over the Rays.

Advice: Rafaela took Rays starter Taj Bradley deep for a two-run shot -- his fifth long ball of the season -- in the fifth inning to give Boston a commanding five-run lead at the time. It was his second round-tripper in his last six contests. The 23-year-old rookie doesn’t offer a ton of over-the-fence pop, but he’s easily going to reach double-digit homers and steals in his full-season debut. Rotoworld Monday, 6:28 pm

    • Smacks homer in win
O'Hearn went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Sunday's 6-3 win over the Mariners.

Advice: O'Hearn had gone nine games without an extra-base hit, hitting .240 (6-for-25) with three RBI in that span. The 30-year-old broke his power drought with a third-inning homer off Mariners starter George Kirby to give the Orioles a 4-1 lead. O'Hearn is up to six homers, 15 RBI, 15 runs scored and a .288/.368/.510 slash line through 33 contests in a strong-side platoon role while seeing time at designated hitter and first base and in the corner outfield spots. • Extends hitting streak Saturday
Rodriguez went 2-for-5 with a run in a win over the Orioles on Saturday, extending his hitting streak to six games.

Advice: Much like his season as a whole, Rodriguez's night was a bit of a mixed bag, as he also struck out in his other three plate appearances. Nevertheless, the talented outfielder now boasts a .417 average (10-for-24) during his aforementioned six-game streak, although eight of those hits have been singles. Rodriguez's .269 season average is solid enough, but both his .318 on-base percentage and .330 slugging percentage are notably behind his career norms. Rotowire.com Sunday, 8:36 am
    • Julio Rodríguez collects two hits in win over O’s
Julio Rodríguez went 2-for-4 and scored a run as the Mariners rallied to beat the Orioles on Saturday evening in Baltimore.

Advice: Rodríguez got the Mariners’ first hit on the day by hustling out an infield single off of Grayson Rodriguez in the sixth inning. He then reached on another infield knock to start the eighth inning, and wound up scoring the go-ahead run on an RBI double by Cal Raleigh. The 23-year-old superstar’s bat has shown signs of life this week, but he’s still hitting a disappointing .271/.320/.331 with only two homers, 13 RBI and nine stolen bases on the season. • Ceddanne Rafaela gets a breather on Friday night
Ceddanne Rafaela is not in the Red Sox’ starting lineup for Friday night’s showdown against the Cardinals in St. Louis.

Advice: It looks to be just a routine day of rest for the versatile 23-year-old. David Hamilton will start in his place at shortstop and will bat ninth against veteran right-hander Kyle Gibson on Friday evening. Rotoworld Friday, 2:23 pm

    • Gets break Friday
Rafaela is not in the starting lineup for Friday's game against the Cardinals.

Advice: Rafaela will get a break as Boston kicks off its series against the Cardinals. The second-year major leaguer opened the campaign as the Red Sox's primary center fielder but has mostly played shortstop over the past month. The lineup absence marks his first time on the bench since April 11. Rotowire.com Friday, 1:35 pm
