    Kenley Jansen picked up his first victory of the season on Sunday night, working a scoreless ninth inning against the Cubs.

    Advice: Jansen took over with the score tied 4-4 heading to the top half of the ninth inning. He did his job, retiring Dansby Swanson, Nick Madrigal and Miguel Amaya in order. The 36-year-old right-hander then became the beneficiary when the Red Sox walked it off in the home half of the frame.     Hayden Wesneski pitched well in a no-decision against the Red Sox on Sunday night, allowing two runs (one earned) on five hits over his four innings of work.

    Advice: The right-hander walked one and struck out three batters on the night. The Red Sox scratched out single runs against him in the first and third innings — both on RBI singles by Connor Wong. The 26-year-old hurler got eight swings and misses on 63 pitches on the night — five of those on his fastball that averaged 94.8 mph — while posting a CSW of 29 percent.
