    • Anthony Santander launches two-run homer in win
Anthony Santander went 1-for-3 with a two-run homer and a walk to put the Orioles ahead in Saturday’s 5-3 win over the White Sox.

Advice: After drawing a walk to lead off the seventh inning, Santander took Michael Kopech deep for a two-run blast in the eighth to give the Orioles a one-run lead. It was his second homer in three games. Though, he’s collected only three hits in his last seven. The 29-year-old slugger is hitting .205/.284/.432 with nine homers and 29 RBI across 197 plate appearances. Rotoworld Saturday, 2:27 pm

    • Sitting down Saturday
Pages isn't in the Dodgers' lineup for Saturday's game against the Reds.

Advice: Pages' single Friday broke an 0-for-12 skid at the plate, though he is still slashing just .200/.235/.325 across 85 plate appearances since the beginning of May. He'll get a day to regroup Saturday while Chris Taylor makes his first start of the year in center field, batting ninth. Rotowire.com Saturday, 2:04 pm

    • Andy Pages not in Dodgers lineup on Saturday
Andy Pages is not in the Dodgers’ starting lineup for Saturday’s showdown against the Reds.

Advice: The 23-year-old rookie outfielder has been fighting it at the plate over his last 17 games — hitting a paltry .148/.197/.213 with one homer, four RBI and a 23/4 K/BB ratio over 66 plate appearances. Hopefully a day off to clear his head will help the cause. Chris Taylor will start in his place in center field and will bat ninth for the Dodgers against Hunter Greene and the Reds. • Launches game-winning homer
Carpenter went 2-for-3 with a two-run home run in Saturday's 2-1 win over the Blue Jays.

Advice: The 26-year-old slugger took Jose Berrios deep in the first inning, and while it was the only offense Detroit could muster, it was also all the team's pitching staff would need. Carpenter has found his power stroke in May, slugging five of his eight homers on the season in his last 13 games -- a stretch in which he's batting .325 (13-for-40) with 14 RBI. • Kerry Carpenter powers Tigers to win over Jays
Kerry Carpenter went 2-for-3 with a two-run homer to power the Tigers to a 2-1 victory over the Blue Jays on Saturday.

Advice: Carpenter took José Berríos deep for a two-run shot in the first inning to put the Tigers on the board. He then knocked a base hit in the fourth, but was caught stealing second. The two runs would be all the Tigers needed to take the win against the Blue Jays. The 26-year-old outfielder is having an excellent season, slugging eight homers with 29 RBI while slashing .285/.340/.576 across 161 plate appearances. Rotoworld Saturday, 12:24 pm

    • Clubs 12th homer
Hernandez went 2-for-2 with a solo home run, an additional run, a double and two walks in Friday's loss to Cincinnati.

Advice: Hernandez also reached on a hit-by-pitch, so he got on base in all five of his plate appearances. Both of the outfielder's hits went for extra bases, and his ninth-inning solo homer was his first long ball in 12 games. Hernandez has been a strong addition to the Dodgers' high-octane offense, as he's tied for 10th in the league with 12 homers and ranks seventh with 38 RBI. Rotowire.com Saturday, 11:44 am
    • Teoscar Hernádez homers in loss
Teoscar Hernádez went 2-for-2 with a solo home run, double, two walks, and two runs scored in a loss to the Reds on Friday.

Advice: Hernádez’s ninth inning home run cut the Reds’ lead to three, but to no avail for the Dodgers. The homer was his 12th of the season, just one behind Shohei Ohtani for the team-lead and his two walks raised his walk rate near 9%. That would be the most Hernádez has walked since 2019. He’s chasing far less than he has in years past, too. That and him hitting in the middle of the Dodgers’ potent lineup has made him one of the best run producers in the league so far this season. • Kerry Carpenter goes deep as Tigers crush Jays
Kerry Carpenter clobbered his seventh home run of the season on Friday night, helping to power the Tigers to a lopsided victory over the visiting Blue Jays.

Advice: Carpenter chased Blue Jays’ starter Alek Manoah from the ballgame with his 410-foot (106.3 mph EV) two-run blast in the fifth inning that increased the Tigers’ advantage to 6-0. He also drew a walk in the fourth inning and scored on a ground ball off the bat of Zach McKinstry. Carpenter finished the night 1-for-3 and is now hitting .277/.333/.553 with his seven long balls and 27 RBI. Rotoworld Friday, 6:21 pm

    • Goes yard in win
Santander went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in Thursday's 8-6 win over the White Sox.

Advice: Santander's homer was his eighth of the season and first since May 11. He's been battling a bruised knee over the last week, which could explain his 2-for-20 run at the plate over his last five games. The outfielder is slashing .206/.280/.424 with 27 RBI, 23 runs scored, 11 doubles, one triple and no stolen bases over 189 plate appearances. Aside from the knee issue and the occasional rest day, he's been a regular in the Orioles' lineup as the team's starter in right field. Rotowire.com Friday, 9:39 am
