    • Goes yard again
Seaver went 1-for-4 with a solo home run during Tuesday's 7-4 loss to Cleveland.

Advice: Seager took advantage of the Globe Life Field roof being open, swatting a solo home run off Ben Lively in the third inning. The shortstop has hit three home runs in his last eight games and is batting .267 with six RBI and an 11.4 percent K rate during that stretch. Rotowire.com Today, 12:24 am

    • Gavin Stone holds Giants to one run in victory
Gavin Stone pitched six innings, allowing just one run, in the Dodgers’ 10-2 drubbing of the Giants on Tuesday.

Advice: Stone struck out only two and walked three tonight, but there wasn’t much hard contact from the injury-riddled Giants lineup. It’s Stone’s fourth straight quality start, and he’s now 4-1 with a 3.27 ERA overall. We don’t think he’s really this good, but since he definitely pitches for the right team, he’s worth playing in mixed leagues. Rotoworld Yesterday, 10:21 pm
    • Andy Pages takes golden sombrero in victory
Andy Pages went 0-for-5 with four strikeouts while the rest of the Dodgers were scoring 10 runs Tuesday against the Giants.

Advice: Jason Heyward has started a rehab assignment, so this is a really bad time for Pages to go cold. He seems like the more interesting of those two players at this point, but the Dodgers still might send him down if they think Heyward can make at least a modest contribution. • Blake Snell to make rehab start Friday at Triple-A
Blake Snell (adductor) will make another minor league rehab start on Friday for Triple-A Sacramento.

Advice: Snell will require one additional tune-up prior to returning to San Francisco’s starting rotation at some point later next week. The 31-year-old southpaw has been on the shelf since late April due to a left adductor strain. He struck out seven batters last Sunday in a dominant rehab outing for Single-A San Jose. • Next rehab start Friday
Snell (thigh) will make another rehab start at Triple-A Sacramento on Friday, Andrew Baggarly of The Athletic reports.

Advice: Snell fired four perfect innings while striking out seven batters during his first rehab outing at Single-A San Jose, though he'll be facing some tougher competition during his next start. Assuming everything goes smoothly, Friday is expected to be the 31-year-old's final game in the minors, putting him in line to return from the IL and start May 23 against the Pirates. • Complete game vs. Mets
Nola (5-2) earned the win, allowing just four hits over nine shutout innings Tuesday against the Mets. He struck out eight.

Advice: Nola was dominant Tuesday, holding the Mets without a baserunner until the sixth inning en route to the fourth complete-game shutout of his career. It's certainly an encouraging outing for Nola, after he'd posted a subpar 5.59 ERA over his previous two starts (9.2 innings). The 30-year-old right-hander lowered his ERA to 3.10 on the season with a 1.09 WHIP and 55:15 K:BB through nine outings (58 innings). Nola's currently in line to make a second start this week Sunday at home versus the Nationals. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 3:44 pm

    • George Springer (illness) out again on Tuesday
George Springer (illness) remains out of the lineup for Tuesday’s game against the Orioles.

Advice: Springer is sitting out for the second straight contest and fourth time in the last five contests due to an ongoing viral illness. It’ll be on-base machine Davis Schneider, who also boasts the fifth-best barrel percentage in baseball this season, taking over the leadoff spot in his continued absence. • Sitting again Tuesday
Springer (illness) is not in the lineup for Tuesday's game at Baltimore.

Advice: Springer returned to action Sunday after missing two games with an illness, and he's out of the lineup again Tuesday for the second straight day. It's unclear if he's expected to be back in action for Wednesday's series finale. Cavan Biggio is starting in right field versus the Orioles. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 2:15 pm

    • Aaron Nola hurls fourth career shutout versus Mets
Aaron Nola pitched his fourth career shutout Tuesday with a four-hitter in the Phillies’ 4-0 win over the Mets.

Advice: Nola struck out eight and walked none in the 109-pitch outing. The shutout was nearly lost in the ninth, when Jeff McNeil doubled with one out and Starling Marte singled with two. Under other circumstances, McNeil might have tried to score on the hit to left, though it made no sense in the four-run game today. Nola’s shutout is the fifth by an MLB pitcher this year. Teammate Ranger Suárez had one of the others. Nola is now 5-2 with a 3.10 ERA. Rotoworld Yesterday, 1:13 pm
