      Advice: Cronenworth anihilated a Logan Allen pitch in the fourth inning to extend the Padres’ lead to 7-0. The infielder also singled home a run an inning later to give him his fourth RBI of the game and 44th of the season.       Steven Kwan homered and reached four times in an 8-0 win for the Guardians over the Marlins on Saturday.

      Advice: In addition to Kwan’s homer — a two-run shot in the fifth inning — the outfielder also singled and drew a pair of walks.       Advice: Cronenworth's fourth-inning blast turned the game into a rout, and he tacked on one more RBI in the fifth. The infielder has hit well lately, going 10-for-38 (.263) with nine RBI and four extra-base hits over his last nine games, though his homer Saturday was his first since May 19.       Advice: Kwan has received fairly regular rest since returning from a hamstring injury, but he's been money when in the lineup. Over five games since his return, he's gone 9-for-18 (.500) with three RBI and eight runs scored. The outfielder is up to a .371/.431/.523 slash line with four homers, 14 RBI, 36 runs scored and three stolen bases across 37 contests this season.       Devers was removed from Saturday's 6-1 loss to the White Sox with left knee soreness and won't play in Sunday's series finale, Sean McAdam of MassLive.com reports. He went 0-for-2 with a walk before exiting.

      Advice: Manager Alex Cora said postgame that Devers reported soreness in his left knee -- the same knee that forced Devers to miss nearly a week in late April -- which led to Devers' removal in the eighth inning. Cora will play it safe with the stud third baseman, giving him a day off Sunday.       Bello (6-3) took the loss Saturday as the Red Sox fell 6-1 to the White Sox, giving up five runs on nine hits and three walks over 4.2 innings. He struck out two.

      Advice: Only two of the hits off the right-hander went for extra bases, but one of those was a grand slam by Gavin Sheets in the fifth inning. Bello has been tagged for at least three runs in five straight starts, a stretch in which he's stumbled to a 6.75 ERA, 1.69 WHIP and 24:12 K:BB over 26.2 innings. The rookie has had his share of up and downs, but he continues to be given opportunities as he's appeared in 55 of the Brewers 64 games this season despite his .216/.257/.347 line.       Brayan Bello allowed five runs in 4 2/3 innings and took the loss against the White Sox on Saturday.

      Advice: Bello gave up nine hits, walked three and struck out two. Things came apart for Bello in the fifth inning when he walked two batters with two outs to load the bases before Gavin Sheets took him deep for a grand slam. Understandably frustrated, Bello slammed his glove in the dugout after he was removed from the game. That’s been the tale of Bello’s season so far as he has just a 70 percent left on base percentage.       Rafael Devers was removed from Saturday’s battle against the White Sox due to soreness in his knee.

      Advice: Red Sox’ manager Alex Cora told reporters after the game that, “His knee is bothering him.... hopefully it’s nothing worse than a little bit of soreness.” Devers said after the game that he won’t play on Sunday, but is hoping to return to action on Tuesday.
