      Advice: Snell, who has been on the shelf since early June recovering from a left groin strain, will be followed by fellow veteran southpaw Robbie Ray, who is in the final stages of his rehabilitation from last year’s Tommy John surgery. The hope here is that Snell, who is slated to throw roughly 50 pitches on Sunday, will be ready to jump back into San Francisco’s starting rotation after a brief rehab assignment.
