    Advice: The club will announce a corresponding roster move prior to Friday's game in Milwaukee. Ramos had been 0-for-14 with five strikeouts in five games since returning from a quadriceps injury. The 22-year-old will head back to Charlotte for some more seasoning, and the White Sox will probably now give the bulk of the playing time at third base to Danny Mendick.     Advice: The 32-year-old utility player began the game on the bench but took over at third base when Nick Senzel fouled a ball off his knee in the second inning. Vargas has posted career-best numbers to begin this season, slashing .298/.383/.404 through 109 plate appearances with four steals, seven RBI and 11 runs.     Kiner-Falefa went 1-for-3 with a walk and two RBI in Wednesday's win over the White Sox.

    Advice: The 29-year-old utility player fueled the Blue Jays' offense in a 3-1 victory, singling home the game-winning run in the fourth inning and driving home an insurance run in the sixth. Kiner-Falefa has hit safely in eight straight games, batting an even .400 (12-for-30) over that stretch to boost his slash line on the season to .270/.320/.409 with four homers, three steals, 17 runs and 17 RBI in 54 contests.   • Rehab games scheduled
    Perdomo (knee) will play in the Arizona Complex League this weekend before heading out on a rehab assignment early next week, Arizona Sports reports.

    Advice: Perdomo suffered a right meniscus tear April 3 and had surgery. The report does not indicate which minor-league affiliate he'll be joining or give an estimated number of reps he'll need.
