    Dominguez (undisclosed) was placed on the 7-day injured list at Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre on Sunday, Conor Foley of YES Network reports.

    Advice: Jung will be in the lineup for the first time for Round Rock as he works his way back from the fractured wrist that has sidelined him since early April. The infielder will likely need at least a few games in the PCL before he’s ready to return, but this is obviously most welcome news for both Texas and fantasy managers who have patiently waited for him to return.     Willson Contreras (forearm) is likely going to begin a rehab assignment with Triple-A Memphis on Tuesday.

    Advice: Contreras has made a rapid recovery from surgery to repair his fractured forearm, and what looked to be an injury that would keep him out through the All-Star break now appears to be one where he could be back as the Cardinals backstop in the next week.     Salvador Perez (knee) is not in the Royals’ starting lineup for Saturday night’s battle against the Dodgers.

    Advice: The star 34-year-old backstop was removed from Friday’s game due to discomfort in his right knee. He underwent an MRI exam on Saturday — the results of which were very favorable — and Perez is expected to return to the Royals’ lineup in a day or two.
