    Vidal Bruján doubled twice and stole two bases in a loss to the Athletics on Friday.

    Advice: Bruján drove in the only run of the game for the Marlins in the ninth with a double off Lucas Erceg. The pair of two-baggers with a single now have Bruján slashing .298/.377/.447, and the swipes are his first of the season.   • Rafael Devers doubles twice versus Twins
    Rafael Devers doubled twice, drove in Boston’s only two runs and walked Friday against the Twins.

    Advice: The second double, hit 409 feet to center, would have been a homer in 20 ballparks, according to Statcast. Devers is off to a very good start at .300/.429/.500, but he has just 10 RBI in 98 plate appearances. Rotoworld 40 minutes ago

    Baty went 3-for-4 with two home runs and four RBI in Friday's 10-8 loss to the Rays.

    Advice: The young third baseman took Aaron Civale deep for a three-run blast in the second inning to open the scoring, and he then connected for a solo shot off Jason Adam in the ninth. It was the first multi-homer performance of Baty's big-league career, and it snapped a 27-game drought for the 24-year-old -- his only other long ball in 2024 came back on March 30. Despite the power outage, Baty has taken a big step forward in his development this year, and through 30 contests he's slashing .271/.340/.385, a massive improvement on last season's .212/.275/.323 line.     Advice: Rojas singled all three times. It’s been an outstanding beginning to the 2024 campaign for the long-time Diamondback, as the three-hit game sees his average jump up to .338.   • Nolan Arenado doubles twice, drives in three
    Nolan Arenado drove in all three runs for the Cardinals while doubling twice against the White Sox on Friday.

    Advice: Arenado doubled home two runs in the first, and another in the fifth. The 33-year-old has picked up eight two-baggers in the 2024 campaign, and the pair of hits ups his slash to .279/.338/.369.     McMahon went 2-for-5 with a solo home run in Friday's 3-2 win over the Pirates.

    Advice: The 29-year-old led off the sixth inning by hammering a Martin Perez changeup out of PNC Park completely and into the Allegheny River, becoming only the second Colorado player in history to accomplish the feat after Todd Helton back in 2001. Three of McMahon's five homers this year have come in the last eight games, and the power surge has boosted his slash line on the season to .319/.407/.513 with 13 runs and 19 RBI in 32 contests.     Ryan McMahon went 2-for-5 and hit his fifth homer Friday against the Pirates.

    Advice: Both hits were against a lefty in Martín Pérez. If McMahon were on a better team, he’d probably be a platoon player at this point, as he was bad against lefties in 2022 and even worse last season.   • Brett Baty homers twice as Mets fall to Rays
    Brett Baty went 3-for-4 with a pair of homers and four RBI on Friday night as the Mets fell to the Rays in a slugfest at Tropicana Field.

    Advice: Baty opened the scoring in the ballgame, crushing a two-out, 378-foot (109.2 mph EV) three-run shot off of Aaron Civale in the second inning. That lead would be short-lived though. Baty then added a 421-foot (107.7 mph EV) solo shot off of Jason Adam in the ninth that pulled the Mets to within two runs at 10-8, but that would be as close as they would get.
