    Tyler O’Neill went 2-for-5 with a three-run home run against the Phillies on Thursday.

    Advice: O’Neill’s home run was his 12th and his first since May 19th against St. Louis. He was back in right field after missing Tuesday’s game with knee discomfort and occupying the designated hitter spot on Wednesday. Fantasy managers have to be pleased with these developments.   • J.D. Martinez hits walk-off blast against Marlins
    J.D. Martinez slugged a game-winning two-run homer on Thursday, lifting the Mets to a 3-2 walk-off victory over the Marlins.

    Advice: Martinez’s walk-off shot came against Marlins stopper Tanner Scott in the bottom of the ninth inning and was his sixth round-tripper of the year.     Jake Burger went 1-for-3 with a walk and a home run against the Mets on Thursday.

    Advice: Burger’s home run was just his sixth of the season in 47 games after homering 34 times in 141 games last year. His .128 ISO isn’t even half of the .268 ISO he had last year.   • Chisholm homers, steals base in loss Thursday
    Jazz Chisholm Jr. went 2-for-4 with a home run and a stolen bases against the Mets on Thursday.

    Advice: The home run was his 10th and the stolen base was his 13th. He hit a solo shot off Mets reliever Drew Smith in the seventh inning, which gave the Marlins a 2-0 lead. Chisholm is now hitting .254 on the season with 33 RBI. Rotoworld Today, 6:55 pm

    Pereira was placed on the full-season minor-league injured list Tuesday, Conor Foley of YES Network reports.

    Advice: The nature of the injury is unclear, but it's a major setback for Pereira regardless. He made his big-league debut in 2023 but failed to break camp with the Yankees.     Seiya Suzuki went 0-for-3 with a walk and a stolen base on Thursday.

    Advice: Suzuki missed a couple of games last week with tightness in his side, but seemed to be feeling better in this one as evidenced by the stolen base.     Josh Lowe went 1-for-1 with a run scored, an RBI, and a stolen base against the Cubs on Thursday.

    Advice: Lowe was on the bench to begin the game with the Rays facing a left-handed pitcher. The stolen base was his first of the year. He came off the bench and started the scoring for the Rays in the bottom of the seventh with an RBI single. He later stole second and scored what turned out to be the winning run.   • Diaz has two hits in win over Cubs Thursday
    Yandy Diaz went 2-for-4 with an RBI against the Cubs on Thursday.



    Advice: Diaz’ RBI single was the difference in the 3-2 Rays win. The defending batting champion in the American League is heating up at the plate. He’s now 17-for-50 (.340) in his last 12 games to get his average up to .260 on the season.

    Jankowksi entered Thursday's lineup as the designated hitter and is hitting seventh, Evan Grant of The Dallas Morning News reports.

    Advice: Corey Seager (hamstring) was scratched with hamstring tightness, forcing Josh Smith to shortstop while opening a spot for Jankowski.
