    Ryan McMahon went 3-for-4 with a solo homer and a pair of RBI on Saturday, lifting the Rockies to an 8-7 walk-off victory over the Nationals.

    Advice: McMahon was at the dish for the conclusion of an instant back-and-forth Coors Field classic which ended in truly bizarre fashion when Nationals reliever Kyle Finnegan committed a pitch clock violation that led to a bases-loaded free pass for McMahon and a walk-off victory for Colorado. The 29-year-old corner infield continued to build his All-Star Game case earlier in this contest by launching a solo homer in the eighth inning to cap off an impressive three-hit effort.   • CJ Abrams clobbers 12th homer in loss to Rockies
    CJ Abrams went 3-for-5 with a solo homer and two RBI on Saturday in the Nationals’ loss to the Rockies.

    Advice: Abrams socked a majestic fifth-inning solo homer to right field -- his 12th round-tripper of the season -- off Rockies starter Cal Quantrill as part of a three-hit effort. The 23-year-old burgeoning fantasy superstar has notched six hits, including one homer and one steal, in 10 at-bats over two games at Coors Field since returning from a brief absence earlier this week due to a cyst near his left wrist. It certainly doesn’t appear that the lingering issue is going to impact his on-field performance based on what we’ve witnessed over the last few days in Colorado.     Advice: Gimenez has been running well recently, picking up four steals over his last 10 games, but he's hit just .179 (7-for-39) with two walks in that span. The second baseman is up to 13 steals on 16 attempts this year. He's added a .255/.311/.353 slash line with five home runs, 37 RBI, 39 runs scored, 10 doubles and a triple over 303 plate appearances.
