    Advice: Doval extended his scoreless streak to 4.1 innings. He needed 17 pitches (10 strikes) Sunday, but he was able to emerge with his eighth save in as many chances this season. The closer has a 3.00 ERA, 1.33 WHIP and 24:12 K:BB over 18 innings and has also posted a 2-0 record this season.     Advice: Camilo Doval didn’t allow a hit or a walk while striking out one to earn his eighth save of the season. The right-hander has a 3.00 ERA on the season with 24 strikeouts in 18 innings. The 32-year-old righty issued a leadoff walk to Tyler O’Neill, which brought the potential tying run to the plate, but he proceeded to strike out Dominic Smith, Vaughn Grissom and Romy Gonzalez to extinguish any hope of a Boston comeback.
