• Records sixth steal
Westburg went 1-for-4 with a stolen base in Monday's 7-2 win over the Blue Jays.

Advice: Westburg has hit safely in his last eight games, going 12-for-31 (.387) in that span. The steal was his first since May 11 and his sixth on nine attempts this season. It's unlikely Westburg will be negatively impacted by the Orioles' promotion of Connor Norby to replace Jorge Mateo (concussion) on the 26-man roster -- Westburg should continue to see near-everyday playing time between third base and second base. The 25-year-old is slashing .292/.348/.510 with nine home runs, 36 RBI and 30 runs scored over 222 plate appearances as he enjoys a breakout in his second major-league campaign. • Hits third homer
Urias hit a solo home run in his lone at-bat in Monday's 7-2 win over the Blue Jays.

Advice: Urias started the game on the bench but entered in the seventh inning as a defensive replacement. While he hasn't seen steady playing time, Urias is 6-for-10 with two homers over his last five contests. With Jorge Mateo (concussion) on the injured list, it's likely to be Connor Norby in the lineup regularly, but Urias could feature more frequently off the bench due to his strong defense and versatility. Urias is slashing .239/.289/.394 with three homers, six RBI and 12 runs scored over 76 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Today, 9:58 am

  • Lands on injured list
Bae was placed on the 10-day injured list Tuesday with an unspecified injury, Andrew Destin of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazettereports.

Advice: Bae presumably suffered the injury during Sunday's game against the Blue Jays, during which he went 1-for-5 with a strikeout. It's unclear how long the 24-year-old will be sidelined, but he'll be eligible to rejoin the active roster June 13. Jack Suwiniski was called up in a corresponding move and should see regularly playing time going forward, especially since Michael Taylor was also placed on the paternity list. • Recalled from Triple-A
The Pirates recalled Peguero from Triple-A Indianapolis on Tuesday, Andrew Destin of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.

Advice: Peguero was a somewhat surprising exclusion from the Pirates' Opening Day roster and wound up spending a couple months at Indianapolis before getting another shot with the big club. He's slashed .272/.341/.387 this year with Indianapolis, hitting two home runs and stealing five bases. Peguero will back up at both middle infield spots. Rotowire.com Today, 9:44 am

  • Swipes 13th bag
Rengifo went 1-for-3 with a run and a stolen base in a 2-1 victory versus the Padres on Monday.

Advice: Offense in the contest was scarce, so Rengifo's role in producing the Angels' first run was especially valuable. He singled with one out in the fourth inning and stole second base before eventually crossing the plate on a Willie Calhoun single. Rengifo missed some time in May due to an illness, but he hasn't slowed down since returning, slashing .313/.353/.484 with two homers, six RBI, 10 runs and four stolen bases in 16 contests. The infielder leads the team and is tied for 12th in the majors with 13 thefts on the campaign. Rotowire.com Today, 9:23 am

  • Marcano banned for violating betting policy
Tucupita Marcano has been banned from baseball for life for violating Major League Baseball’s betting policy.

Advice: This was first reported by Lindsay Adler and Jared Diamond of the Wall Street Journal on Monday, and now it’s official. The investigation by MLB found that Marcano bet more than $150,000 on baseball, with $87,319 of that on bets related to baseball. The league did determine the bets didn’t compromise the outcomes of any games, but that won’t change Marcano’s status. Rotoworld Today, 7:33 am
