    • Homers in return to lineup
Malloy went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 9-8, 10-inning loss to the Guardians.

Advice: Malloy had been out of the lineup the last two days, but he returned with a bang Tuesday, popping his fifth home run of the season across 28 games. While the power has been nice, the rookie is batting just .195 with a 35 percent strikeout rate. Malloy is taking his lumps, and he may not see consistent playing time as a result. • Alex Bregman swats go-ahead homer to beat Marlins
Alex Bregman slugged a tiebreaking two-run homer on Tuesday, propelling the Astros to a 4-3 victory over the Marlins.

Advice: Bregman’s go-ahead two-run shot off Marlins reliever Huascar Brazoban in the eighth inning wound up being the difference in a low-scoring affair at Minute Maid Park. It was his 11th round-tripper of the season and second time he’s gone deep in eight games since the start of July. He also had a run-scoring single earlier in the contest off Marlins starter Trevor Rogers. The 30-year-old impending free agent is batting .298 (37-for-124) with three homers and 16 RBI over his last 30 games. Rotoworld 21 minutes ago

    • José Ramírez has three hits, two steals in win
José Ramírez went 3-for-3 with three walks, two runs scored, and two steals in a win over the Tigers on Tuesday.

Advice: He’s now up to 18 steals on the season to go along with a .275/.331/.533 slash line and 77 RBI on the season. It’s looking like yet another year where Ramirez will provide first-round fantasy value. Rotoworld 26 minutes ago

    • Colt Keith stays hot with home run
Colt Keith went 2-for-5 with three runs scored, two RBI, and a home run in a loss to the Guardians on Tuesday.

Advice: Keith had a 101.4 mph single while his home run was just a 362-foot shot at 94.5 mph off the bat that had an xBA of .170 and would have only been a home run in 17 parks. Still, it counts the same and was the rookie’s eighth of the season and his fourth in his last seven games. Over those seven games, he’s hitting .423 with those four home runs, six RBI, and one steal. Since May 1st, he also ranks 1st in batting average, 2nd in slugging, and 2nd in OPS among second basemen with at least 100 plate appearances. He needs to be rostered in all formats right now. • Rafael Devers drives in three more runs in win
Rafael Devers went 2-for-4 with a double, two runs scored, three RBI, and a walk in a 12-9 win over the Athletics on Tuesday.

Advice: Devers has been an RBI machine of late. Tuesday was the seventh time in eight games that he drove in multiple runs. Coincidentally, the Red Sox have also won seven of their last eight games. His OPS also climbed to .976, good for sixth-highest in the entire league. Rotoworld 33 minutes ago

    • Homers, triples in loss
Urshela went 3-for-5 with a triple, a three-run home run and an additional run scored in Tuesday's 9-8, 10-inning loss to the Guardians.

Advice: Urshela is enjoying a solid July, as he's now batting .355 this month. That's allowed the veteran to raise his season batting average to .257. Urshela hit .299 across 62 games in an injury-shortened campaign for the Angels last year, and he's a career .275 hitter over nine MLB seasons, so he could continue to trend upward down the stretch. • Goes deep again Tuesday
Keith 2-for-5 with a two-run home run and two additional runs scored in Tuesday's 9-8, 10-inning loss to the Guardians.

Advice: It's hard to believe that Keith was batting just .154 with no home runs at the end of April, as the rookie has turned it on since then. In 55 games from May onward, Keith is batting .294 with eight long balls and 27 RBI, and he has four homers and seven RBI over the last six contests alone. The 22-year-old was a promising prospect in the minors and he's starting to deliver on that promise in the majors, much to the delight of fantasy managers. Rotowire.com 42 minutes ago

    • Paredes homers in win over Yankees
Isaac Paredes went 1-for-3 with a walk and a three-run home run in a win over the Yankees on Tuesday.

Advice: Paredes’ long ball was a 107 mph shot that went 383 feet for his 15th of the season. It has not been a great start to the summer for the 25-year-old who came into today hitting just .224 in 40 games over the last seven weeks. The power is still nice to see but since Paredes doesn’t steal any bases, he’s going to need to get his batting average back up to be a consistently useful fantasy player in all formats. • Reaches four times, swipes base
Mastrobuoni went 2-for-3 with two walks and a run scored in Tuesday's 9-2 win over the Orioles. He also stole a base.

Advice: This was just the second multi-hit effort this season for Mastrobuoni and his first since May 11. The stolen base was also his first of the year. Mastrobuoni is batting just .172 overall, and while he's capable of the occasional solid performance, the utility player doesn't see consistent enough playing time to be much of a fantasy contributor.
