      Orioles 2B/SS prospect Jackson Holliday went 2-for-3 with a pair of RBI on Friday for Triple-A Norfolk.

      Advice: Holliday is one of the few top fantasy prospects still healthy in the upper minors at the moment and he’s clearly benefitting from the extra seasoning in the upper minors following his early-season demotion, batting .263 with four homers and three steals in 30 games since April 27.       According to MLB Network’s Jon Morosi, the Rockies are unlikely to move Ryan McMahon this summer, though the Blue Jays and other clubs have interest in him.

      Advice: McMahon has busted out or at least enjoyed an extended hot streak this season, coming in at .286/.366/.483 to date. That’s a 135 OPS+ from a guy who has never before topped 100 in a season. Still, the Rockies, who have McMahon signed through 2027, have never heard of the concept of selling high.       Advice: McMahon popped his 10th home run of the season in the first inning, and half of those long balls have come in his last 10 starts. In that span, he's scored 10 runs and driven in 11 while hitting .268.
