    • Blasts 15th home run
De La Cruz went 2-for-5 with a home run and two runs scored in Sunday's 7-6 loss against Philadelphia.

Advice: De La Cruz broke out of a mini slump after going 4-for-28 over his last seven games with a nice showing on Sunday. His 15 home runs in 82 games this season are just four behind the career high he set last season in 153 games. While De La Cruz's slash line of .242/.289/.426 has room for improvement, there's no denying his raw potential to continue to add throughout the season. Rotowire.com Today, 4:06 pm
    • Allows seven runs in loss
Gausman (6-7) suffered the loss Sunday, allowing seven runs on seven hits, five walks and a hit batsman against the Yankees. He struck out seven.

Advice: Gausman needed 107 pitches to record 13 outs, allowing season highs in runs (seven) and walks (five) while being tagged for three extra-base hits including a first-inning Aaron Judge two-run blast. Gausman did strike out seven batters to represent the fourth time this season he's reached at least seven in an outing, but that's nothing more than a minor silver lining around Sunday's ugly performance. It's the fifth time this season Gausman has allowed at least five runs in a start, and he closes the month of June with a 5.64 ERA over 36.2 innings spanning six starts. His next start is tentatively slated for when the Blue Jays head west to take on the Mariners in Seattle next weekend. Rotowire.com Today, 2:57 pm
    • Tovar has two hits in win over White Sox Sunday
Ezequiel Tovar went 2-for-6 with an RBI against the White Sox on Sunday.

Advice: Tovar’s RBI single in the 13th inning temporarily gave the Rockies a 4-3 lead in a game Colorado would eventually win 5-4 in 14 innings. The 22-year-old has had a solid first half of the season. Tovar’s hitting .284 with a .785 OPS, 12 home runs and 37 RBI on the year. Rotoworld Today, 2:50 pm

    • Gives up six runs in no-decision
Suarez came away with a no-decision in Sunday's 7-6 win over the Marlins. He allowed six runs on nine hits and two walks.

Advice: Suarez struggled mightily Sunday, allowing a season-high six runs. Suarez pitched into the fifth inning and did not record a single strikeout, the first time in his career he has had zero strikeouts in a start. He faced 26 batters today, making it the first time a Phillies pitcher has faced at least 26 batters in a game without recording a strikeout since 2017. For the first time since his shutout on April 18th, he will go into a start with an ERA over two (2.27). Rotowire.com Today, 2:37 pm
    • Bryan De La Cruz smacks 15th homer
Bryan De La Cruz went 2-for-4 with a home run and two runs scored on Sunday against the Phillies.

Advice: De La Cruz’s 15 home runs are incredibly sneaky. Just four off his career-high 19 he set last year, his 10.9 barrel rate suggest the power outburst is real. De La Cruz has always had tremendous physical tools and is now showing genuine, all-fields power. He’s a name to watch ahead of the trade deadline as a move out of the cavernous loanDepot Park in Miami could increase his power potential. Rotoworld Today, 1:59 pm
    • Ranger Suárez hit hard by Marlins
Ranger Suárez allowed nine hits and six earned runs in just 4 2/3 innings on Sunday against the Marlins. He walked two and didn’t record a strike out.

Advice: This was undoubtedly Suárez’s worst outing of the season. It was the first time in his career he didn’t strike out a batter out in a game he started as the Marlins were all over him. He especially struggled commanding his sinker and fell behind far more often than he has throughout his strong season. This game doesn’t change anything for Suárez going forward, but it stands as a worthy reminder that Suárez’s effectiveness is deeply rooted in command and a pitcher’s command can be wonky game to game. • Kevin Gausman loses, struggles again
Kevin Gausman allowed seven runs in just 4 1/3 innings on Sunday against the Yankees. He walked five and struck out seven in a loss.

Advice: Gausman just hasn’t been right all year. Aaron Judge crushed a first-inning fastball that wasn’t up-and-in enough and the Yankees kept traffic on the bases seemingly every inning. His tried and true game plan of fastballs and splitters does not have the same potency it used to as his fastball velocity has dipped and hitters don’t chase or whiff on that splitter like they once did. • On bench against lefty
Keith is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Angels.

Advice: Keith has gone 2-for-20 over his past five games and will sit Sunday as lefty Tyler Anderson takes the mound for the Halos. Andy Ibanez will man the keystone and bat leadoff in the series finale. Rotowire.com Today, 12:01 pm

    • Retreating to bench vs. lefty
Wade is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Dodgers.

Advice: The platoon-happy Giants will hold out Wade and fellow lefty-hitting regulars Michael Conforto and Brett Wisely while the Dodgers send a southpaw (James Paxton) to the hill. David Villar will check in at first base in place of Wade, who went 2-for-9 with a double, a walk and a run scored in the first two games of the series following his return from a month-long stay on the injured list due to a hamstring strain.
