    • Taking seat Saturday
Turner is not in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against Oakland.

Advice: Turner will begin Saturday's game in the dugout after going 0-for-3 with one walk and two strikeouts in the series opener Friday. The lefty-hitting Daniel Vogelbach will serve as the designated hitter Saturday and bat sixth against Athletics right-hander Luis Medina. Rotowire.com 24 minutes ago

    • Sitting again Saturday
Seager (hamstring) is not in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against the Giants.

Advice: Seager will sit for a second straight game after injuring his left hamstring Wednesday against the Tigers. Like Friday, Seager will be available to pinch hit Saturday, per Jeff Wilson of RangersToday.com. Josh Smith will shift over to shortstop while Ezequiel Duran gets the start at third base against Giants right-hander Spencer Howard. Rotowire.com Today, 9:42 am

    • Corey Seager out Saturday due to hamstring injury
Corey Seager (hamstring) remains out of the lineup for Saturdayā€™s showdown against the Giants.

Advice: The encouraging news here for fantasy managers is that Seager hasnā€™t landed on the injured list yet after suffering a mild left hamstring injury earlier this week. The 30-year-old fantasy stalwart will miss his second straight contest on Saturday afternoon and remains day-to-day for now. There should be some clarity on his status at some point later this weekend if heā€™s unable to get back in the lineup. Rotoworld Today, 9:41 am

    • Ranger SuĆ”rez starting London Series opener
Ranger SuĆ”rez (thumb) will start Saturdayā€™s London Series opener against the Mets.

Advice: As expected, SuƔrez will take the ball across the pond against the division-rival Mets after making it through a couple throwing sessions this week without any issues. The 28-year-old southpaw suffered a left thumb contusion last weekend when he was hit by a comebacker. The 28-year-old southpaw has been phenomenal this season, posting a major league-leading 1.70 ERA, 0.80 WHIP and 79/16 K/BB ratio across 74 innings (12 starts). Rotoworld Today, 7:39 am
    • IL stint not expected
Texas manager Bruce Bochy said Seager (hamstring) is not expected to require a stint on the injured list, Kennedi Landry of MLB.com reports.

Advice: Seager injured his hamstring Wednesday and sat out Friday's game after Thursday's off-day. Bochy doesn't anticipate an IL stint, but Seager might need a couple of days to get back to the field. Rotowire.com Today, 6:25 am

    • Plays full game in field
Perdomo started at shortstop and went 0-for-4 for Triple-A Reno on Friday.

Advice: Perdomo played a third consecutive day for Reno and his first nine-inning game in the field. Including time spent in the Arizona Complex League, he's played six games and is 3-for-19. The Diamondbacks are considering roster options for Perdomo's pending return, Alex Weiner of Arizona Sports reports. He'll slide back into his starting shortstop position, which puts the focus on Kevin Newman and Blaze Alexander. Rotowire.com Today, 5:19 am

    • Jurickson Profar homers, Padres demolish D-backs
Jurickson Profar slugged a solo homer and also added a three-run double on Friday, lifting the Padres to a 10-3 blowout victory over the Diamondbacks.

Advice: Profar has been an unexpected revelation this season in his return to San Diego, and even looks like he has a shot at making his first All-Star Game appearance. The 31-year-old journeyman clubbed a solo shot -- his ninth round-tripper of the season -- off Diamondbacks starter Brandon Pfaadt in the opening frame before tacking on a bases-clearing three-run double in the eighth inning to ostensibly blow the game wide open. He wonā€™t sustain this near-elite level of performance for the entire season, but fantasy managers should continue to ride the wave until it comes craching into shore. Heā€™s been one of the most impactful waiver wire pickups of the year so far. Rotoworld Today, 3:36 am
    • Ketel Marte crushes 13th homer in blowout loss
Ketel Marte walloped a two-run homer on Friday in the Diamondbacksā€™ one-sided loss at the hands of the Padres.

Advice: Marte broke up a potential shutout with a seventh-inning blast off Padres reliever Wandy Peralta for his 13th big fly of the season. The 30-year-old second baseman has been a model of consistency in an otherwise turbulent campaign for the defending National League champions this season, batting .282 with 41 runs scored, 13 homers, 35 RBI and one steal through 63 games. Unfortunately, the stolen bases probably arenā€™t ever coming back to his early-career level, but he remains a reliable four-category fantasy contributor at the keystone in the prime of his career. • Stays hot in win
Ramos went 3-for-5 with one RBI in Friday's 5-2 win over the Rangers.

Advice: Ramos logged multiple hits for the fourth time in the last five games. This was also his this time leading off in that span, and the first time he's been atop the order against a right-handed pitcher (Michael Lorenzen). Ramos is slashing .320/.416/.515 with five home runs, 20 RBI, 12 runs scored and one stolen base over 27 contests. As long as he's swinging a hot bat, it makes sense to have him at leadoff, especially since he's displayed improved plate discipline with a 13.2 percent walk rate this year.
